I couldnt recommend this company more! Called on a whim because none of the more established companies would be able to help with getting my AC back in working order without at least a weeks notice. Im so glad I did because the customer service turned out to be untouchable.. I spoke with the owner, Emily, who told me shed have to call me back. I honestly didnt expect to hear back at all, much less to hear back with the news that they would indeed be able to fix it AND SHE FIT ME IN THAT DAY NONETHELESS! The tech was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable! After the initial problem was addressed, he wasnt satisfied with the air return so he decided to re-check my outside unit and discovered another problem. Usually this would be devastating, however he had already reached out and informed me that his boss was on his way to deliver the part personally so it could be fixed! If anyone has ever found themselves without AC in the midst of South Louisianas brutal summer temperatures, you understand exactly how amazing it was to have it fixed so quickly! I cannot express my gratitude enough! Theyve more than earned my business, both now and in the future! Seriously, THANK YALL, from me, the pups, and the baby!

In todays technological climate, it seems as though there is less and less opportunity for customer service interaction. Cody, and his team at ACS, have gone above board for multiple service calls, and proven they care for their customers at their own expense. Tonight was the 4th visit Cody has graced us with, and we are just amazed that we have never been told Im too busy, or Ill try to get to you tomorrow! The answer its always Not a problem, youll receive a text when Im in route. Then he shows up, fixes our unit, charges a fair price, gives a firm handshake, and off he goes to fix another familys A/C. Jeez, I wish I could give 500 stars... couldnt be any better!

ACS is top notch. Sonny came out after hours in the pouring ran, troubleshot and repair our AC problem in 10 minutes, he was extremely friendly, professional and got our AC going fast.

I did not think it would be possible to get an AC as quickly as I did. They arrived on time and made spending the entire day with two AC Technicians so fun. Great service from Acadiana Comfort Systems. They installed a new mini-split, and did excellent work on a coolant leak in our main system. We like them so much we got an annual maintenance contract - gotta stay cool!Update: Just made a maintenance call and Acadiana Comfort tech came out promptly, explained exactly what was wrong and showed me where the leak was bubbling up. I couldnt ask for better service. Thanks yall!Update 2: I wont use anyone else but Acadiana Comfort. They made a bunch of calls and found out the parts were still under warranty and saved me a bunch of money.

ACS came out to my home to fix my A/C unit and they were extremely professional and did an excellent job! They cleaned up the work area and put everything back just like they found it! 5 stars all the way, they went above and beyond and their work is top notch!

Cody was able to fit me in the next day after I called for service. I explained my issues and he quickly made conclusions that ended up being exactly what the issue was. My blower motor is going out along with not having enough return air in the house (home was added onto and didn’t get another return installed on the addition). Cody showed up right on time, was patient & kind - as I was on the phone when he got to my house and he kindly waited. Cody and his coworker were in and out, grabbed parts/tools, came back and repaired the blower. Highly recommend these guys! Thanks again!

He found a small relay to replace and added freon to my second unit which has now been working past six months no problem. Saved me over $4,000 - plus he fixed a minor nagging electrical problem before leaving! Awesome service honest and is your best call!
