Lori was very helpful and understanding and I absolutely appreciate family owned business. Very accommodating to our specific needs for us to maximize the facility. Did not take long to arrange paperwork and very happy with price. Very friendly and easy to do business with. I highly recommend using Brady Lane Storage.

Has to be the absolute WORST storage unit in Lafayette. DO NOT GO HERE. i tried to cancel my policy with them, and they never answered or got back with me. and then they charged me on the 1st and “NO REFUNDS”

Very nice, straightforward access hours (7 AM-9 PM keypad gate) with someone in the attached apartment overnight for peace of mind. They also have lightbulbs in the storage units (at least the 5x10 and larger) which is a huge help at 8 PM in the fall!

Absolutely love this place. Lori and Suzie are Amazing and has worked with me throughout everything..They always email back and are very sweet ladies. Brady Lane self storage is a joke I ended my contract well it wasnt even a contract it was a month to month deal and I told them three days after I was supposed to have paid rent that I didnt want the storage unit could they prorate and charge me for the 3 days and no they charged me for the entire month even though my stuffs not there no more theyre renting it to somebody else and making more money I received social security disability I have children and grandchildren that I am raising I do the best that I can do to survive and when people in the community take advantage of people like myself its a sad day but bad business is what it is bad business theyre not family oriented they are not going oriented they have no care or concern about the public only whats goes in their pockets

She was very straight forward with any all information needed. She found the best size unit with the right price for me. She was super friendly, very nice caring lady... Definitely recommend this place for anyone whose looking for a unit...

Safe and easily accessible

Brady Lane Storage facility has always been good for my items to store. Never had problems with rodents getting into my items n I know they keep a close security watch on their premises.Lori n here people have always been helpful when it comes to problems n that includes losing keys to lock n they being able to use their bolt cutters n removing padlock n able to sale you another if you need one.SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A STORAGE UNIT GIVE BRADY LANE STORAGE A CALL OR GO OUT N SEE LORI

Ive never had a storage unit before so I wasnt sure what to expect. Lori was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. She walked with me and showed me the unit to ensure it was the right fit for me. An added bonus is that they offer autopay, so it’s one less thing I have to worry about. The entire process was easy and I’d highly recommended them to anyone!

Poor communication and very misleading storage rental. Make sure you read all fine prints in your agreement like the women says, they don’t tell you everything upon renting and will charge you a full month even if you don’t need it. I would never recommend. Very poor service.
