Had a 26 ft, dock high truck rented from another company. We needed the truck for a delivery that had to be made that day. When we arrived, no truck....and they had not had one in inventory for the past week.Called Penske and the team was able to get us a truck to Lafayette so we could get on the road that morning. They got us out of a tough spot. Good people. They have our trucking business from now on.Pricing was good. Truck was in good condition.

Made reservation, said pick up time was 10. Called at 10 to confirm reservation was available. Guy said truck was on the way and theyll call me when its available. Called back at 1 to see if there was an update. Person who answered said there person responsible was on lunch and would call me back when he returned. Never received a call. Had to make arrangements elsewhere.

Rented a car the night before, and dropped off our Penske truck the next evening. Staff was super friendly and I will absolutely use this location again.
