There is too much competition for storage space in Lafayette to do business with these people. What a rip off. They re-rented my locker even though I had 3 weeks left on my rental, and they refuse to give a prorated refund. What a great business model—sell the same space twice!! Avoid at all costs.

Super friendly, well maintained and easy to work with. Pricing was great when comparing across town. Outdoor parking spaces and indoor with really convenient hours. Front gate easily accessible with code and felt safe leaving our belongings at this location. Will definitely refer as I have used other locations in town.They require you to purchase a master lock from them for units at only $20 in case of any issues they can help you to access your goods or if you forget one, like I did... So super helpful and accommodating in case of an issue.

I rented a small storage unit. The price was reasonable and the unit clean. I was not allowed to use my lock. Customers are required to buy a lock from them for $20. The lock has a long shaft and difficult to attatch to the door. I wont be needing it long so I rented. I will try someplace else next time.

Storage unit was fine but I got stuck in the facility because the gate wasn’t working from the inside. There’s also no way to get into the like reception area so I had to call. Mind you this was 30 min before they closed so someone should have been there. Called 5 times before giving up and using the “in case of a power outage” option to crank the gate open.

Friendly customer service & reasonable prices!

Just got out of this place. Horrible service. There was only two units/spaces left. I was second in line. There was four of us. The first person was rented their unit. The third person left because I was told I would have the last available unit. Then the 4th person said they called earlier and were told they were going to hold a unit for them. It also happens that I called earlier and I was told that it was first come first serve. So I was physically there first, but the person who arrived physically last was given the unit that was promised to me just moments before because I was second in line.The attendant was super rude to me. Very, very rude. She just kept saying, we dont have any more units. Horrible experience.

I was told that I will be charged per day when I signed up and thats why I picked this storage. They charged me the whole month upon checking out claiming that I shouldve read the endless contract.
