Ive always been helped kindly here. I think they have an option of delivering to the school band teacher, but I usually go in person to get things because my kids wait until the last minute to let me know theyre short on reeds or new a new book.
They never have what Im looking for, but constantly insist on getting my home and email addresses (to send me advertising materials, I assume). Also - quite expensive.
As soon as I walked in, was confronted by a rude, “can I help you”. Said I was looking for a reed. She says what kind. I said tenor saxophone then asked if they sold single reeds and she rudely replies no we do not the smallest box is five and they’re down there. Then she speed walks back to her stool to look at her phone. I have a degree in music and am a serious musician, so I don’t appreciate being treated like a miscreant.
