I had been bragging about the good price, but they are increasing rent for my 12x12 by $30 on July 1because of increased demand. Thats called pure greed in my book, because I should be grandfathered in. Otherwise, my stuff is dry and secure, and thats all a storage place needs to provide. Up charge the new comers, not the old timers.

They are much better than the staff of the previous owner, plus the doors arent full of oxidized paint that soils your hands every time you touch the door. And the security is better and the lighting is better as well.Im wondering when the prices will go up.
