I brought my Subaru in for repair to my rear bumper when it was involved in an accident. The entire team at Caliber Collision in Laguna Beach is great. From start to finish they were fast and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My bumper looked great.

Excellent customer service, everybody was super helpful and communicative! Worked seamlessly with my auto insurance to get the damage repaired quickly.

Came in for a quote for my Jaguar after being backed into. This was supposed to be a simple process and settled outside of insurance, these guys made it extremely hard to even get the process started. There quote was also more than double what I had from other shops. I ended up driving a quarter of a mile to Laguna Beach Auto Body and had it done there for half the price.

I took my vehicle in to Caliber Collision after my drivers side door was hit by someone trying to park on the street where I live. While it was an inconvenience that my vehicle was damaged, I was very happy to know that the other driver had insurance and that their insurance recommended Caliber for my repairs. This is the 2nd time I have taken my vehicle to Caliber over a 5 year time frame. They have excellent customer service, keep you updated daily, and offer to drive you back home when you drop your vehicle off. In addition to their customer service, my vehicle looks perfect. It was spotless. And you would never know that it had been in an accident. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. They take what can be a frustrating process and make it a very pleasant one. 5 stars all around.

Over the past 25 years on the road Ive been to a few body shops, but never one like Caliber Collision on Laguna Canyon Rd. in Laguna Beach. Right from the time I walked in the door Mark and his team took excellent care of me and my vehicle. They actually went way above and beyond the call of duty and my vehicle looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I was updated with brief text messages through the time they had the vehicle and had it finished in less time than expected. I would highly recommend Mark and his team at Caliber, Laguna Beach. My wife and I had a great experience working with Mark Mrosla for repairs. She had gotten rear-ended at a stoplight, and this place was efficient and everything went smoothly (we have USAA insurance). It is a great location with an Enterprise car rental next door. I would definitely recommend this place for auto repairs. In addition to Mark, all of the staff is great and friendly.

Had 2 repairs done here thru my insurance and both were below average. The first one my bumper didnt match the rest of the car color. The 2nd one was a year later and there were minor imperfections in the paintwork, bulb missing in the new headlight assembly they replaced, fender didnt line up properly as well as the hood. They forgot to reinstall.my front license plate from the old bumper and than couldnt find the plate for a few days. The right front rim that was repaired had a poor paint job and didnt match the other wheels. This was on a 2013 Toyota and my insurance paid $4800 for the repair. They offered to correct it only after I complained to my insurance. If you like your car to look perfect after a body repair, I wouldnt recommend this facility.
