I dealt with Michael Ross and his crew. His company does terrific work! Its like the accident never happened!. Estimate was very competitive, customer support excellent. After going to three shops for estimates they were best in assessing the damage and promised to keep the price. I was very happy with them. You get your vehicle back washed and the interior vacuumed! If you make an appointment he will give you a free rental car! I think its the best and most trusted body shop in Orange County!

By far the most pleasant experience Ive had getting my car repaired. Mike is the nicest, most helpful, personable and down to earth guy. He really seems like he cares, you know your car is in good hands and he is giving you a fair price. They did great work. I would hands down recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I needed to repair our 2016 Toyota Rav4 after reversing into a snowbank. If youre reading this, no doubt you understand how difficult things like this may seem. We were in the middle of escrow and expecting a 2nd kid on the way. Laguna beach auto body made the entire process not only easy, but a blessing in disguise. When we got the car back it looked better than it ever has, and im the original owner! Because of this i was able to sell the car for signficantly more than i anticipated (our kids demand a larger suv) the guys at lbab walked me through everything, gave me a really cool free loaner, and most importantly fixed my rav for half of what i was quoted elsewhere. All i can say is, i recommend these guys highly... im tempted to keep them a best kept laguna beach secret. but i feel obligated to let others know that there are shops out there that can TRULY help you, and actualy care..

Laguna Beach Auto Body was great! I got a free rental car and Michael Ross told me everything about my car the entire time. My car was fixed on time and it looked better than it did before I came in. The free rental car and the detail they did was beyond over the top. I hope people read this review because I cannot say enough about how great Jane and Michael Ross were with getting my car fixed!
