My husband and I came here tonight after seeing it on Instagram and we were not disappointed! The wait time was great considering the amount of people and the fact that we came on a Friday night. The cashier Ana explained the menu and helped us find a good option for my husband (who has allergies).The store itself was super cute and trendy as well as the menu items. I hadn’t tried snow before and it was DELICIOUS. If your looking for a new place to get a treat I would 10/10 recommend it

A fun spot for a treat if you like the trendy stuff! Unique soft-serve, tea, shakes, all featuring boba. Some very cool concoctions, and a really vibrant atmosphere.We enjoyed our stuff and I want to go back just to try something else different.

Boba tea flavors meet soft-serve ice cream. Taro, black sesame, cinnamon, etc. Oreo cookie powder topping takes it to another level. Love this place.

I would give zero if I could. Snotty stuck up employees. Not worth a dime. Dont waste your time if you arent overly rich looking.

Such a fun idea! I just searched desserts in the area and we decided to go try it out. We like ice cream. We like boba. So we figured wed like Fluffy Bear. And we did! We had the matcha/cookies n cream swirl with boba and lots of toppings. We had some mini m&ms, oreo shavings, and hello pandas. It was delicious! We also got the mango fluffy bing snow with vanilla ice cream in the bottom. That was also absolutely delicious. I couldnt decide which one I liked better. Its definitely worth visiting!

My 11 yr old daughter cant get enough of this place. The staff is great and the drinks I have to admit are really tasty. #boba

Great ice cream. I love ice cream and try any ice cream place I find. I am a hot fudge sundae lover. The Fluffy Bear makes a great sundae. I am sure this is a great place for birthday parties or other events with young kids. There is plenty of good parking right out front and the employees were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

This is such a cute shop! Really glad I checked it out.They have ice cream (soft serve), milk teas, shaved ice, and milkshakes. It was a bit hard deciding because everything sounded so good! I got the Vanilla Bean and was not disappointed, loved the flavor!! The texture of the soft serve is nice, creamy, and soft. I wasnt too big on the cone, but it tasted great with my ice cream.Pro tip: Ask for a cup!! My friends cone and mine had little small holes. His ice cream started to seep out of it. It was like the cone was sweating ice cream! But I luckily had a cup so my soft serve just melted into the cup.Service: The team was super friendly! One of the girls (I assume who was on break or off) saw me taking pics of my cone and that the brown sugar was just dripping all over my hand, and she offered me a wet wipe! Love the extra mile.Parking: Plenty in the parking lot of a shared shopping plaza.

Terrible customer service. Went to fluffy bear today, the 2 employees working at the time was Jake and Anna. I asked for a boba float and taro snow. Before my drink was even started 3 customers where served before me. At this point I was standing and waiting for my order for over 20 minutes. Finally, my father walked in and called them out, and just like that my order was done in less than 2-3 minutes. Though, I understand taro snow taking a while, Jake the manager actually explained that it should only take 8 minutes to prepare a taro snow. My drink only took around 2 minutes. That leaves a total of 10 minutes to complete my order. With the additional orders they received from other customers, I honestly think I couldve been out of there in less than 15 minutes. Now our food is spoiled and time was wasted. I am asian, filipino, and to experience something like this on a day in which I should celebrate really ticked me off.

Omg this place is amazballs!! Its light and unique flavors are a perfect end to my work day blues! The lady that helpped me out was super patient and chill. I tried 3 samples before I made my choice and she didnt even seem bothered! Will come here again!

We absolutely love this spot! The honey boba with black sesame is my favorite; cookies and cream milkshake is my husband and sons favorite. My daughter always gets the charcoal cone, vanilla, with Oreo shavings. This is our go-to spot every Friday!

Such a cute atmosphere absolutely love the colors. The Taro milk tea and the Taro milkshake were amazing.

We wanted to try something new. Im sorry but we tried snow Bear. It was horrible, first time in my life I had to go back and tell them give me something else. Taste like ice water. We got ice cream instead. It was soft and creamy but very sweet, I couldnt finish it

This place is sooo good!! I love the ambiance of this place and it’s great for pictures! My favorite is the taro soft serve with fruity pebbles and boba!! It’s also unlimited toppings which is the best part!

I highly recommend trying Fluffy Bear if you love boba with your icecream. I love boba and I love icecream and this was my first time mixing the two. I can 100% day it was an absolute success. Plus I love all those fun flavors like matcha and taro so this was just a triple threat for me. The icecream is also just beautiful and picture worthy. I promise you will have a good time here. If you go I would love to know how your experience went!
