Great Service. I tried the Costco thing 3 different times & 3 different locations my conclusion = their people are at Costco for a reason.Totally different experience at Sonus. Danielle took the time to work with me and get it right. I had some challenging needs based on my hearing loss and work environment. She took the time to work with me tried several different options until I landed on the right solution. Danielle worked with the manufacturer to create the right solution. You won’t get that from your discount big box store.I admit I am a cheapskate and hate to over spend for anything. That said I have no regrets about the extra money I spent with Sonus.Danielle and staff were also absolutely fabulous when working with my 90 year old dad who has Alzheimer’s. Super patient, caring and got him taken care of.

I have been working with Sonus for about 15 years now. Joan Sprick is my hearing professional. She is super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Sonus is always there for me if I have a question so now my sister, my son and several friends are hearing with their care.
