Very bad service and rude attitude from the staff and the manager. The bath rug I bought from the store ruin our washing machine. Instead of taking responsibility and understand my frustration there attitude was rude and unpleasant. Maybe because of my accent they treated me badly what’s make it much worse. We will never buy again in this store and I’m canceling my online account.

I think Id really like this store except for a couple things. The music. I cannot stand it. I have had to leave more than once because it was driving me crazy. They play the hip hop or whatever is the top music that my teens listen to. I look around at the ages of the people shopping. It does not match the shoppers at all. Please play music that is not irritating to your customers. I was told by the manager that Id need to write corporate. Sorry, too much trouble. It is easier for me to buy what I need somewhere else. Which comes to my second thing, the manager has helped me a couple times not sure how she became manager. The staff is more attentive and focused than her.

I purchased a new Google Home at this store for pickup. After getting home, I found that it was a used, repackaged item with scuff marks. I paid for a new item - not a used one. Any other store would have clearly marked it as used, and not deceptively sold as new. Cannot trust Bed Bath & Beyond, especially online pickup.

This place gets all five stars and then some more! Needed to buy a few gifts from a wedding registry and couldnt do it online. Went to the store, hopeful but not overly optimistic. Haydee helped us out and was awesome. She found the items on the registry, took care of the shipping and let us use our coupons. We left as happy customers! Thanks bed bath and beyond!

Great store. Service was nice, called and was able to get clearance item I saw online checked and confirmed it was still in stock.Wouldnt say excellent customer service but it was good. Also for number of staff recovery was lacking.

I purchased a knife block set and when I opened it up all the knives had been used then repackaged.When I was purchasing the knife block set the box looked a little worn, so I asked if it had been returned. I was reassured that it was brand new.Sadly they were minimally accommodating when I called this store about the issue. It gave me the feeling that selling once used and now returned items is just the cost of running business for this Bed Bath and Beyond.The least a business can do is insure that what items it says are new, are in fact new.

Sheet set showed that it was on sale for 59.99 for fitted/flat/pillow cases.(see photo)When I got to the register, they individually rang each item for 59.99. A lady which I presume is the manager said she would show us where the set is. When she read the sign, she just said that we couldnt have that price because the set didnt exist. Very rude. Didnt even take the sign down, just said that we couldnt get them for that price.I wont be back.
