They are delivering the mattress tomorrow, setting up and hauling off the old one for no additional charge. My discount when I went in the store was even greater then the one on line.

She showed us the Nano mattress we liked the last time then also showed us some other options that might actually be better for us. We fell in love with the latex mattress, which was nicer than what we originally went in for and cant wait to use it! I happened to walk in today on a whim while out running errands to look at a mattress for my preschool age son. I was immediately greeted by Ro, who was warm and friendly, and who listened attentively to what I wanted. My wife and I have been looking for a new mattress for a while now and came across the Ortho Matress in Laguna Niguel while we were out shopping. I researched mattresses on Reddit and Google, but still didnt really know the difference. Our sales rep Ro was amazing! She let us try the whole store and explained the difference between traditional, latex, memory foam, and hybrid matress. I probably spent 2 hours there asking questions and Ro was patient and didnt get annoyed at all. We ended up getting a Elgin latex matress along with the latex pillow. They had the no sales tax special whiched saved us a few hundred dollars as well. Definitely will come back when we get a new mattress in the future.
