I received my furniture sooner than expected and the quality and comfort are amazing! The sales staff and customer support team were very helpful in processing my order. Always kept me updated!

We spent a significant amount of money at Ethan Allen. We bought couches, chairs and even a top of the line mattress. The staff was terrific. The quality of our purchase for the price paid was not terrific. The Cromwell leather recliner ($2,900) broke the first week we purchased it. It broke again a few months later. The first time it broke Ethan Allen replaced it. The second time it broke they sent someone out to estimate a repair. The person they sent out said they could not repair it and it required replacement. Ethan Allen does not have a lifetime warranty. We even bought additional coverage but Ethan Allen refused to stand by their furniture. We recently bought a new house in Orange County. We will not be shopping Ethan Allen for furniture.

My 2 wing chairs arrived in a fair amount of time and in perfect condition. Delivery staff were very competent. Had assistance with the order and that person was extremely helpful. Pleasant experience overall.

My experience with Ethan Allen was excellent from the very beginning. The designer was very knowledgeable and offered a number of services. I purchased an art piece which was very unique but unfortunately did not work in my home. Ethan Allen was prompt in helping me get the item returned. Ethan Allen has a good selection of home decor which I will research to find something that will complement my other furnishings.

We are so happy with Ethan Allen Laguna Niguel and we absolutely love Monica Fatolahi! She came to our home, took measurements and got a feel for exactly what we needed. My husband and I then met with her at the store where she had put together a beautiful display along with a folder with pictures, fabrics, furniture, lighting, art work, decorative pieces and prices. She helped us pick out everything. She spent all day with us and if we were unsure of something she was happy to help us find another choice. We felt no pressure to buy. But we loved all her recommendations and the pieces we’ve received so far look incredible in our home. I do not have a decorating flare so I was extremely grateful!! She is beyond talented, she put together things I would never have tried and it looks amazing! I can text her with any question and she responds rights away! I have found a decorator for life! Everyone at the store was so helpful, they worked as a team! While some helped wrap items we were taking home, others got us drinks and helped us fill out paper work! Excellent customer service all around!! I would definitely recommend them! Monica has a true gift, a wealthy of experience and a friendly warm personality to make the perfect design consultant!

So rude! Staff is unfriendly and unwilling to help. I asked for help securing dining room table and chairs and no one wanted to help me.I will be taking my business elsewhere.
