It was such a pleasure working with these guys. We had a patio project we wanted to do but no idea how to accomplish it. We showed them a picture and they made great recommendations, and today we had to return some items and they made it a breeze. Great service every time!

George was very unhelpful. He almost cost me to waste 2 hours because he didnt believe what I was telling him. Thankfully another associate was able to help. This place also takes way too long to load up vehicles.

Great selection of block and aggregate. Super friendly and nice. For first timers, know that you look around and figure out what you want (avoiding the lifts), then go to checkout and pay. From there a slip is provided, you take that outside where people will grab your material and bring to your vehicle in the back.

I shopped at Sepulveda for years, from buying Fire Magic BBQs to stone for patios and today for simple top soil. Did a lot of research on top soil as we are venturing into organic vegetable gardening. They have an 80-20 mix of top soil and compost thats really nice; light, fluffy and dark in color. We bought 1 scoop (1/2 cubic yd) and they have us a bit more for a very competitive price. Definitely a great store

First the people in the counter dont know their computer system, they dont have updated catalogs of the suppliers.I will recommend Thompson building supplies over them any time in a heart beat.Try to talk to the guys on back not the front desk people

The sales folks at Sepulveda are extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist redardkess of the size of your order. They are very generous of their time and even discounts for community projects. My church has worked on public school improvement projects for the last 5 years and they were so helpful. Great service and value! George and Jason are 5 star guys.

Earlier I left a response that I was not pleased with a purchase that was not what I ordered. I have since received a phone call from George A and everything was made right. Great selection of stones, gravel, boulders, tiles, bricks, etc. Prices seem good too. Deliveries have always been on time. But good luck finding someone who will help you out.

What a joke this place is. I got a quote from Resource Building Materials and thought I would check with Sepulveda before ordering. To my surprise I got a quote over the phone and it was $1.10 less per square foot. So I asked the salesman to right it up and he said he would email it to me. 4 hours later I called back because I didn’t receive the quote and they informed me that the salesman went home hours ago, but that Kevin would take care of it. Kevin sent over the quote and now it was $2.00 higher then the phone quote with a bunch of misc charges. Now instead of it being $225 cheaper then resource, they were now almost $400 more. This is a very shady practice. When I confronted them about the difference, they stopped replying to the emails or answering my phone call. So I’ll be ordering from resource tomorrow and sharing my opinion about there tricks to all who ask.

I couldn’t be happier with the excellent and persistent efforts extended on my behalf today, especially by George Waite. My order was a small one, and George kept working to find the materials which had been tucked in an unusual location. Everyone there was helpful and I highly recommend them. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because the stock had been put in the wrong place, causing the staff a lot of extra effort and me a long wait.

They messed up my order twice. loaded the wrong stones in my car and had to return multiple times. There is a reason they have 3 stars or less. Total incompetence and poor service. Also way overpriced. Do an online search for the stones you want because you will find other places with way lower prices.

Huge assortment of stone and pavers. Great prices.This is not a home depot or Lowes type of place where you can find people wandering around to ask questions.. You can look and pick out what you want but they cater more towards contractors...that being said Im not a contractor but do a lot of home improvement and have shopped here many many times.

They are the worst place to return mechanize. I tried to return unopened paint purchased over the weekend with my recept. I had to return several times and talk to the manager. Finally they took the paint back but never credited my account.. Don’t shop here.

Uneducated service... when i was unsure about a product they said i could return it if unused.. 2 weeks later they tell me i had to return within 24 hours. Now Im stuck with a product may not be right for the project.

If I could I would give this place no stars the service was very crappy they dont have most of things that I need to do a normal job and way overpriced I would never recommend this place and every time I come there it seems like everyone is on lunch an angel is always sitting on his break!

Worst customer service ever. Nobody seems to know or care about any materials here. It is impossible to get a quote out of anyone, let alone a call back. Avoid this place if you can.
