This is a great Starbucks located on the corner of Alicia Parkway and Pacific park Avenue in Laguna Miguel California..... 1st of all it is a very large Starbucks . Open from 5 AM to 8 PM... Right outside theres a fountain area with lots of chairs and in the same shopping center several places to eat.....Dwayne is one of The employees here who always does a great job and is very polite fast and efficient... Today I met Billy and Kelly and They were also great and provided fast service.... Highly recommended 5 stars

Used to be one of my favorite Starbucks location. Unfortunately after the pandemic there’s new baristas and is not the same. Poor customer service, coffee dont taste the same.

Supper friendly and helpful staffs who really deliver top of the line customer service. They deserve a bonus Starbucks! Outdoor seating is also perfect for a morning coffee.

SBs seems to finally be trying harder to appreciate customers (at least at this location). So much better with furniture back in store. Catering still to mobile orders which makes for a much longer wait time for any in store order. That situation needs to be remedied.

Good place for dining in and dining out, you will have a beautiful view to the valley.Due to the location, you might not enjoy the dining out seating; because of the wind.Friendly and considerate staff.Very clean place.Will get back there, definitely, every time I visit the area.

Service in this store is great. Workers here are very pleasant all the time. The barista named Dwayne is always very pleasant and provide excellent service. He also remembers our preferred way to make our coffee. Thank you for that.

I was in this Starbucks this morning and I was given the best customer service my server was very friendly and polite the coffee shop was very clean the prices were very reasonable. I will return.

This place went bust according to the baristas. They are closed for good. Really sucks.

Drive through is very commodious and this Starbucks is spot on during COVID19. The views, air and population in Laguna Niguel point one into a direction for living well by the sea.On-time, kind, and social distancing, masks and safe practices to help insure the safety of customers using take out or drive through options. Clean are, lovely medians and care for plants, streets and avenues.Pleasure visiting this area and this location is off of Crown Valley Parkway. Greatful for the service, staff and warmth in an environmentally friendly cup.

This Starbucks is amazing and is such a warm and friendly environment. I have gone there every day for about 3 years now, and the staff both past and present have always been amazing. Everyone there has been so wonderful to me and they are wonderful to everyone as well, they deserve lots of love and positive recognition. They go above and beyond to make everyone happy and theyre all so genuinely friendly and kind. I love everyone there so much. Keep up the great work everyone :)

I came during quarantine for some drinks, wore a mask and everything. When I got there their sign says to use the mobile app to order so I opened the door and asked the server if I had to use the app to order since I’m already literally standing right there and she said yes. So, I went outside and spent 10 minutes waiting for the app to download, entering in my credit card info, and going through the hassle of searching and entering what I wanted. As this is going on, a man walks right in, orders some coffee in person, and walks out in about 3 minutes total. And now another lady walks in and orders in person as I’m typing this right now, still waiting outside in the heat with my mask on. More consistency on whether or not customers MUST use the online mobile app or not would be appreciated. What could have been a 5 minute trip to Starbucks turned into 20.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. People work there are very friendly & remember your name. Probably the best among all Starbucks I’ve been.

Been coming to this neighborhood location since they opened. Love that the majority of the staff are long-term employees. You really feel like family here!

Good coffee and a nice atmosphere.Its a good place to do school work/professional work, as well as have a coffee date. The coffee is smooth and its a nice, clean cafe.

Not a big fan of Starbucks, but Ive been with others who are. Having been to many such, this one is very nice. It has a large patio that seats alot of guests on weekends. Coffee is top notch Starbucks. Aptly named too!😆

Starbucks is Starbucks. Standard. Cant go wrong. This location is (relatively) easy to see from the street but not so easy to see from the parking lot. Just FYI.

Slow service at 7:30 am.They had 3 staff members. I waited inline with 3 people in front of me and it took them 15 minutes to get my drink.My opinion and why........I am use to fast pace Starbucks where a staff of 5 people can have a continuous line of 10 people with online orders and still have my drink in 5 minutes.

Great service. Fast and friendly! Great to hold small meetings. Work alone or enjoy drink and a snack with a friend!

Love the Java chip frap but the fraps always seem to be watered down and in need of a extra shot if espresso .

I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the guy that served us today, it’s was between 7-7:30pm. We were there for the buy one get one deal. He was a horrible cashier but not only that he was a horrible barista. We ordered 3 tie dye frap and all three came out looking nothing like the one in the picture,it was just all yellow with whipped cream on top sprinkled with blue sugar 😒. I had ordered that drink at a different location the day before and it actually looked like a tie dye. Not only was he lazy he just had a bad attitude all around. I would’ve understood if it was really busy but the sad thing was it wasn’t. I’m never going back to this location ever again just left a really bad taste in my mouth.

They hire folks who for the most part have pleasant personalities, & the managers give excellent customer service !

I recently went to this location for the first time and it was the best experience ever. one of the baristas by the name Shane went out of his way to explain the different verismo pods and the flavors of each. He was very helpful and friendly. I also purchased a coffee while I was there and it was great tasting coffee. I will continue to go to this particular Starbucks thanks to Shane and his wonderful customer service.

Addictive and pricey. Love the nitro cold brew when i first get it... Not so much as the morning goes on and the nitro part evaporates...then it tastes really strong

Typical Starbucks, exactly what youd expect. Service is quick, the baristas are friendly enough, and every table has someone looking at a phone or tablet while relaxing, waiting, or studying for exams.

Great Starbucks with lots of sitting room, both inside and outside. Service can be a little slow when it is busy.

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, orders correct 98% of the time, great space.My only complaint: not enough large tables for studying with your partner, and not enough charging stations/outlets.

Sometimes Starbucks are overrated. And they dont make the drinks correctly.
