They had everything I needed. Employees were helpful in showing me where to go on something I couldnt find. Store was clean and food was fresh.

I really like Albertsons as a whole. The Orange and San Diego Counties stores are especially nice to shop. Selection is always good. Especially friendly staff and super clean always!!

Ive been to this Albertsons a number of times now and usually I can find what I need. The staff is pretty helpful if you can find someone. The prices are a little high, but they have a nice selection of meats and cheeses.

Best Albertsons in maybe the United States 🇺🇸. Nice management, friendly environment. Has what you generally need. It’s a smaller grocery store but it gets the job done.

Smaller store so can be more crowded but not bad. Love butcher counter guys, so friendly & helpful. My perception is better sales + prices, especially on meat. Little farther than sister store Pavilions but better vargains.

HORRIBLE every time Ive come here I leave regreating it! Im not one to leave bad reviews but for over 10 years Ive tried a dozen or more times to give this location a chance and the SERVICE is horrible every time. My bread is crushed or the staff cant be bothered to even acknowledge my existence other than to tell me the amount due. Ill drive anywhere else but here. Im done after todays visit.

Find another store to support. I was in a hurry and politely asked a female employee where the milk was located because I have never been in this particular store and was told sarcastically “in the fridge”.....”no kidding”I said Then proceeded to walk away. After finding the milk I went up to self checkout and the machine was not working correctly so a younger female came over To assist. I again politely said thank you for helping the machine doesn’t seem to want to scan anything and she just ignored me as if I was talking to a wall. Plenty of competition in the grocery world so do yourself a favor and go to a store that appreciates customers, and treats them with respect because without customers your store and your job Is gone!

Most expensive grocery store in all of orange county. They dont have a lot of my favorite brands like Stator Bros does.. the staff is friendly though. (except for one older lady, i just dont go to her checkout anymore haha)The self check out is always messing up and i always have to call for help. I do like that there is a Bank Of America ATM inside the store though.

My favorite go to store in the morning...everyone is so kind! Great for picking up additional items when youre on the go!

Picked up Birthday Cake for my Mom

I have not been grocery shopping in over 3 months. It was very nice 2 go and Shop a little. The Isles were marked one way so there is not the two-way congestion you get in other stores. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

I spent the day giving out remembrance (buddy) poppies for Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6024 outside this Albertsons. Upon arrival the new manager came out an introduced herself. She replaced Joe just 3 days earlier. With her open offer to help in any way, she could not have been nicer. We could not continue supporting needy veterans, their families, and their orphans without the donations received during our national Buddy Poppy campaigns.

I thnk the grocery layout is not logical.Although I really like Albetsons and been shopping there for over 30 years. Albertsons was the first grocery store, we shopped at when we moved to California in Eighties.

The Produce quality was awful. Nothing seemed fresh. They overall prices and unbelievably high. The Bakery department seemed to have items from days ago; nothing seemed recently baked or fresh of the day and their Customer Service is awful. Associates look as You browse but dont care to ask if You need any help! Awful!

I love Albertsons even if there can be a bit of lacks, frankly. It can do better if they are already dealing, the fourth STAR. An employee should be treated fairly, and better than a customer, and an employee is a customer too etc., when out of work, or adequately freindly at least, if not. Respect is they key.

The store is always clean and decently stocked. Ive given 3 stars because there is zero variety and managers are very hard to find. Also the employees talk about their personal issues, very personal issues between the registers. Ive been going for over ten years

Out of all the grocery stores this place has the worst lines!!!! Obviously with COVID things are Limited but this is ridiculous go to Ralphs or Costco.

Tammy a Checker at Albertsons is always Helpful Courteous & Professional & Cyndi is too. Tonight I got to Albertsons about 15 minutes before closing. Cyndi went out of her way to go & get an item I wanted while I was checking out. She saw I has my Cane & it was raining out. Cyndi offered to take my basket to my Car & unload the bags. I said no thank you as I am able to do it. I thanked Cyndi & Tammy for helping me. Cyndi walked with me to the door then locked the door behind me. I opened my trunk & I see Cyndi letting Tammy out to go home. Tammy walked right over & insisted to help me in a thoughtful way. Tammy put my bags into the trunk & said to me have a good night as she walked to her Car. Tammy was already clocked out for the night & she still went out of her way to help me. Cyndi didnt have to help me go get Sprite I wanted because over the speaker we were told Albertsons is closed for the night & Cyndi still helped me. Both of these women are very down to earth & have Beautiful Hearts. Eww hat a good experience after I was stressed to get all the tems I needed in such a short time & Tammy & Cyndi stayed some minutes past Closing to help me.Thank you Tammy & CyndiThank you,Nance

I specifically come here for my little brothers birthday every year to get him a cake(per his request). EVERY year I’m left disappointed.Last year I had purchased a white cake with white icing in the bakery section(not in the freezer). As I driving, I noticed the cake started melting and smearing all over the clear plastic lid. Turns out I bought an ice cream cake that was mislabeled and placed in the wrong section. I drove back to the store and they did rectify this.This year my brother requested I get the same cake, white cake with white icing. I stopped by today and went to purchase the cake. I saw someone in the deli section, and asked him if there was someone there able to write happy birthday. He started talking and kept walking away. I did not understand him, so I ended up following him to the deli. He told me no one was working in the bakery and no one was able to help me. So I ended up buying icing to write it myself. As I was checking out, I mentioned this to the older gentleman ringing me up. He had the audacity to turn it around and say it was my fault for not preordering the cake and requesting this in advance.Moral of the story, their bakery needs to get it together. Also if your customer mentions continuously having issues with a certain dept, don’t turn it around on them and try to blame them. Instead you might want to look into how to improve your business.

A lot of the usually stocked items were completely gone .e.g. Tubs of ice cream. ..only 3 were there 2 chocolate, 1 vanilla. A lot of discounted items on the normally scarce rack, indicating slow down of sales, items that were marked as just for you on the shelves were not recognized by the cashier or the register, and I was really upset with the fact that I was supposed to get 10 Rewards for spending $150.00 or more it was marked as in cart on my phone Albertsons App but I never got the rewards for my purchases and the manager said that I have to call the number on the receipt and tell them. What kind of business practice is that. It is a huge hassle to have to do this every time I go to Albertsons. What is happening to this compan?????
