If you need to drop of your packages, make sure watching them to scan the packages and take the receipt. Because they did not do the job properly, and will not take any responsibility. I was drop off my two packages on June 7, when I went to the store there was a employee helping an other customer. One of their employee came to me if I want to pass to her, and she will scan the packages later. I said yes, and I did not have the receipt. Today I found out that she did not scan one of the package and now I lose it. And I went to their store on La Paz road, they would not do anything for me. Phone the customer service at their store and they keep telling me the tracking number have not any information about it! Of course, that was why I go to their store. At the end, they could not do anything because of their false and made me lose my refund! Such terrible, useless, helpless,customer service.
Excellent service. The staff is awesome. Always friendly and willing to help. When the line gets long everyone chips in get the packages processed.
The best FedEx I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with!! The staff is beyond incredible, so helpful and very knowledgeable! When I come (They greet you) in to get prints, ship packages, or get minor things like laminations the process goes so smoothly. The wait is never long and each staff member is attentive and polite. The managers are wonderful and truly lead their team well along with being so helpful!I just want to say thank you and keep up the amazing work!! Excellent and quick printing service (at the counter)! Nate was punctual with the job. The quality (illustration print on gloss) was so vibrant. They also provided a paper bag to hold your prints to avoid damage. Great experience!

They say they open at 9 AM on Saturday online and they do not. How hard can it be to change your hours? 9 AM too early for you FedEx?

I had a very important package I needed to sign for and the driver didn’t even knock on the door or leave a note. I called this center and they are absolutely no help at all and don’t even know what they are talking about.
Came into the place around 5:13 to catch the last pickup of the day at 5:15 I had a prepaid box and label ready to go... I asked the guy at the front counter after waiting if I could hand it to the guy on the truck about to leave, without even looking up, with showing any effort he said his truck is probably full. No effort. Left very frustrated. Package didnt go out till 2am.
I work for Jack Nadel, a fantastic marketing and promotional products company. Last week we had a vendor of ours royally drop the ball on an order that needed to be rush delivered to our clients location that day. Our vendor couldnt make it happen. Im based out of Colorado and quickly got this FedEx location on the line. Marvin, the GM I believe, was amazing with assisting me with a rush order of name tags ready for lanyards to be picked up within the next three hours! He stayed in constant communication and from what Ive been told our Clients loved these tags and was very pleased. I cant say enough about the staff here. They rock and went above and beyond! Thanks team!
Horrible FedEx location, unfortunately I would have to agree with quite a few of you, this used to be a good location and a good store but not anymore. I brought in a small package on Sunday August 12th and they told me that it would go out on Monday since that is considered their first business day and it would arrive on Thursday, the package didnt arrive until late Friday and the explanation that the assistant manager McKenzie gave me was that yes Monday is a business day but not really because their drivers dont pick up until after 6pm, she did not offer any apologies or refund she basically said I will speak with my employee, and gave me a smirk and an I dont give a damn attitude, thats why I decided to write this review. Dont do there!!!
Self Serve Printers take ages to load. Service is very helpful, theyll take you if your machine is stuck on loading. Very good prices. BEWARE: Do not use the printers to sign into ANY accounts, there is an exploit that takes your password. Only minutes after I used the printer to access google drive files, My account was almost hacked in Texas. Thank God Google stopped it
Ive found the staff helpful and the equipment in working order every time Ive had to come here. I have no problems recommending them. This includes their custom work. Theyve always done great work for me. Very pleased.
Went in for a quick print. I used the self service station, logged in with my Dropbox, it downloaded the document, and printed it. Quite easy!Edit for subsequent visit: Went in with a couple items to pack and ship. They seemed a little busy so I wasnt helped immediately. After about 10 minutes, the manager helped me find an appropriately sized box which was a much different size than what I was told about over the phone but as long as the items fit and the price wasnt significantly different than my online quote I was okay with it. I was told the price of the box itself ($40) and then given a rate quote ($39.xx) which I was okay with. They proceeded to pack up my items and when it came time to pay, the total was staggeringly different than my original quote ($225 vs $79.xx). So after over an hour of waiting for what seemed like a simple pack and ship job, I left quite frustrated and without my items being shipped.
Ive been coming to this location shipping high value items for almost 10 years, never had a problem with anyone that worked here. I dont understand the poor reviews at all. Fedex pickups are always on time, deliveries are always on time, Ive just never had a problem. This is a good location, dont believe the haters.
These guys are completely incompetent. Asking them to ship to Quebec Canada you would think you were trying to ship a package to Tom Hanks in Cast Away. The only difference is Fed-Ex actually managed to deliver a few packages to that island. Went to 3 different Fed-Ex stores (this location twice) and even called the 3rd and 4th time to make sure it wouldn’t be an issue. Was told over the phone it’s no problem but when we got there it was a whole different story. Save yourself the headache and go to UPS across the street. Took them about 2 minutes and they are familiar with the country Canada.
Disappointing. Sent 2 brochure files for work the day before an event. Not only did they get the wrong paper weight but they also forgot to print and fold the second page of one of the brochures!!! I explicitly told them this needed to be ready early am as I had to make my way to a company event. Now they are completely useless for the event as they are missing pages and on unprofessional flimsy paper. When they tried to correct it, suddenly their computer was crashing and their cutter was broken (AGAIN) Horrible location. Don’t come here.

I used a cloud storage app from my computer, and then used FedExs online printing service. Excellent customer service, they called me when it had been ready, and they were nice when I picked the spiral bound book up.
Used this location for many late night school projects. The staff was always helpful. If I couldnt figure out how to use the machines, they always took time to show me how to print.
UPS is better than you. No. My local paperboy is better than you. You should send mail by carrier pigeon rather than rude employees.

Worst customer service, I’ve never been treated or ignored so severely I just was. Jasmin ignored me, Randy the Manager ignored me, Ta La ignored me and Nate gave me 30min of misleading people information. It actually cost me the apartment I was trying to file the application for which wouldn’t print due to clerical error. DO BOT GO HERE.
Worst then post office. Grumpy and unhappy employees. Will never go back here. Dont waste your time. They make things complicated when it is simple.

I came to drop off a box to return an item to the manufacturer. The box I used was the same box and padding the manufacturer used to send me via Fedex. The manufacturer also gave me a free Fedex return label. This Fedex location claimed the contents inside the box were too loose so I had to pay $15 to have them put my box inside another box. I should taken my $15 to UPS.

Maybe its the customers who are idiots, and not the staff!!!! My experience at FedEx Office has been nothing but a positive experience everytime. The staff is VERY helpful and VERY willing to help all of those people who cannot read their email, find their PDF document on their flash drive, make copies, etc.....you name it, they can help you! And from my observation, they usually work better when the customers are not screaming at them, for stuff they didnt create!!!! OMG! Talk about idiots!!!!!
