I sell personal items on eBay and I had a very large piece of fragile framed art to send all the way across the country. I had many quotes from different vendors but this store had the best price around. It was packaged with extra care and handling and the owner even drove to my house to pick up the oversized item in his personal vehicle to help me out and bring it down to the store. Seriously, it was such a kind act and great customer service. It was packaged up with a handmade wooden crate that he made to ensure its safe arrival which I know took extra time and energy. The added bonus was the buyer sent me a message through eBay letting me know how impressed he was with the packaging. Ive always just sent items my own through the post office so I didnt realize what actually goes into sending a big piece like that. I definitely will use this store (in particular) and I just wanted to give a shout out to the awesome customer service.

I am so impressed from the service I received from this store. From photocopying to faxing to emailing my enormous amount of documents and some such as laminating certificates. The crown valley / alicia pkwy ups . The girl that works there is so rude and super unwelcoming, any question i asked her she answered in a very mean way, she didnt even looked at me its called a front desk job which represent the front of the company its sad this great company hire such a rude person . I will for sure use anther location next time .

Ive been using this UPS store for 3 years and just renewed my box for another year. The staff is great, location is wonderful! Definitely worth it!

Needed to return my ATT internet stuff, was ignored by a girl on the phone for 20 minutes. When she got off the phone she greeted me with a “yes?” When there are a thousand UPS stores around, I might as well choose one with better customer service

Saturday evening Nov 14th 2015, when we walked in for multiple transactions including photo copy & mail, the person serving at the store was very unpleasant in a way that we felt as if she is doing us a favor by selling to us or in other words we definitely felt that she just disliked us to be in the store. We are frequent to this store, mostly we there used to be a male who was always very pleasant to the customers, but this person surely making us to look elsewhere :(
