Just went in to add a line to my phone bill and Andrew was absolutely amazing! Very professional and fast. When I called in and ask the store how long it would take they told me about 25 minutes but I was in and out in about 10. He was very informative and polite! He needs a raise!!

Go to either Sulfur Store, or one on Rt. 14!!! Ive used Cricket since 2009. This store, its like they dont want to do their job. Today, I bought a new upgrade, and wished I bought it somewhere else. Was forced to pay for activation (didnt have to when I bought online), and they forgot to return the key that allows me to open the phone to add the SD card, as well as the screen protector reviews say its supposed to have.

I dont like how they force you to pay insurance on a New phone,then tell you you,you can take it off the following month but after they charge you for it again. I personally feel they will find away to con you any way they can for an extra buck
