Great place to take the kids in the hot summer, or just go get yourself a treat. This store is always clean and the staff always friendly.

Entered the store in a good mood, Left feeling very irritated, upset and unwelcome. Walked in, made eye contact with a girl behind counter ready to say hello to her, no greeting whatsoever so I stay quiet. She looked annoyed when I came in? There were two customers in front of me, no big deal, I stand there patiently, happily waiting for my order to be taken.Time goes by and they’re all done. I’m still standing there not being acknowledged by any of the girls working and they’re just talking amongst each other ignoring me, very obviously not wanting to serve me.Finally one of them exclaims have you been helped?! I say no… thinking to myself, obviously not lol… no apology at all for the fact none of them bothered to acknowledge or serve me initially. What’s up with that??? They had an attitude, acting a certain type of way for no reason at all. Immature.I went in expecting to have an easy, pleasant experience and had the OPPOSITE. Felt like my very short presence was bothersome! Really, how hard is it to just be welcoming friendly and attentive to customers???There was barely anyone in the store and they somehow couldn’t even manage to make my very simple order/ experience go nicely. Hate this location.

DAIRY/LACTOSE FREE Ice cream! Me and my 2 year old are both lactose intolerant and I am so excited that they have delicious ice cream we can eat. When my six year old has an extra good day at school we go to get a treat. His favorite is Wild and Reckless Sherbet. We also had the dairy free Cookie Dough and it was so yummy. No one would know its not dairy if they tried it. I also discovered that the 31st of every month ice cream is only $1.70 per scoop 🥰

I went in to this Baskin Robbins on Friday afternoon I am disabled in a wheelchair when person was Waiting on a customer ordering a cake the other was helping the gentleman in line in front of me to other people came in the store after me When they finished waiting on the customer in front of me they went immediately to the customer behind me even after I said something there was no apology no recognition of what they did wrong nothing as much as I love Baskin robins if I have to drive to Temecula a Marietta for one I will go there as opposed to using a place that refuses to wait on disabled people

Terrible experience..they were advertising afrapachino on their tv screen for 5.oo and they said that was old and did not honor the price...false zdvertising...did not want to satisfy the customer 😒

Nice to know you can still get ice cream during the pandemic.

We showed up as a group of 7 and there were 2 employees there. They handled us very efficiently and with a smile. When other people showed up, one of them stepped over to help the new customers to keep things moving which I appreciated because the only thing I dislike more than waiting is being the ones that held everything up and feeling that stare of impatience... They did an excellent job and we will be back again.

Im extremely disappointed.. I live about 6 minutes from the store but decided to order through doordash cause i couldnt leave the house. After 45 minites i get a call and the lady refused to bring it all the way to my house cause i live down a very well taken care of road, and she was in a truck. So i had to jump in my tiny car and drive to the lady in the big truck to get my order then it was all tipped over and melted. The bag was leaking ice creak my car was covered my kitched got covered. Never again!!!

I ordered a birthday cake for my nephew and asked what was the earliest I can pick up, knowing that it is Christmas Eve. I was told 11am. I got up early to run errands and be there by 11 so I can go on with my busy day. I just left the store after waiting nearly half a hour with no cake. The store is still dark and I will have to come back again later which is not close to my house. The phone just kept ringing and there was no other contact # to get a hold of anybody. I am very disappointed that I have to now waste more gas and time to go back .

The kid working there, Bryce, has GOT to either be stoned or on pills .. I mean he was pleasant or whatever but that’s not a good look.:/. His eyes looked half baked for sure . Either that or he hasn’t slept in over 24 hrs. Either way, not a good representation..just sayin.. I don’t care what people do in their off time but don’t bring it to work.

They have my favorite flavor Daiquiri Ice! Ive loved it since I was little. The service was great .

It was 92 degrees outside and there were no customers in the store. The 1 worker was washing something in a sink and did not greet us. I felt we were more of an inconvenience than valued customers. No samples were offered. I dont recall being thanked after the transaction.Although I like ice cream better than frozen yogurt, I think Ill try a frozen yogurt store next time to see if they appreciate their customers any more than this employee does.

Cheat you on serving size theyweight every drop almost $7 for a pint and they refuse to fill it. I saw several customers complaining.

Great ice cream with wonderful service! Its worth every cent!

Drove three miles of 15 in semi truck for a soft serve vanilla cone at 1 pm. Had machine down for cleaning. Just a thought...do that when youre closed

Eh. The girl who was working here last time I came by seemed nice, but sort of awkward.. Well, she meant well though. Make sure to ask for napkins and the small pink spoons, because I didnt receive either on my visit.Its a shame they dont provide Orange flavored ice cream like the one in LA, but they do have Rainbow Sherbet that has the flavor mixed in with Pineapple and Raspberry (? I think). The flavors available are a bit lacking compared to its LA counterpart, but still a place to go to if youre yearning for some good ol ice cream in your freezer (or stomach).All in all, this place is okay. Leaning towards a meh.

This 31 flavors has now jipped us on the ice cream and now they made the waffle cone smaller and charge more. I think I should open a ice cream shop right next door ! Jerks
