To the nice lady who served me today at 3 I give you props for dealing with difficult customers and I wish I could have told her to leave if she was not satisfied with the place. Everyone knows you weigh and then you pay! Regardless if you are a child or adult! Unbelievable people. Idk how you guys do it. Good job!Also the flavors I picked were delicious and the fresh fruit was perfect!

Although the food may be fresh and yummy I paid $9.96 for this cup of Fruit and Froyo. Its getting too hard to like when its this expensive.

I have never seen such an interesting array of flavors! Two of my favorites were Blueberry Lavender and Alphonso Mango Tart. I love lavender anything and the mango was so refreshing! I plan on taking some home! The lady at the front counter was also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

As always, a great treat on a hot day. The store was clean and had a pretty decent selection of yogurt. Emily M. greeted us as my girls and I came in and was super polite and amazing.

Always clean and well stocked on toppings when I go. Nice employees too, on my last visit I was helped by Eve.

Ive never seen this place this dirty, there is toppings all over the floor and the counter is very dirty. The two young ladies that were behind the counter were just talking. I bring my kids here all the time and this is the worse I seen it.

Love this place, but the last few months their selection of yogurt wasn’t good,a few times I went in their were over half the machines weren’t up and running. Very disappointed..

The yogurt selections are way down. I use to come here literally daily when they first opened now its every few months because so much has changed including the time you guys close ....

Only had 4 flavors, two of which were chocolate and vanilla.

They offered an array of yogurt flavors, but about 5 of the machines were down. The toppings ranged from fresh fruit, to Heath candy bar, to sprinkles and cereal. Plenty of choices. Cashier was hidden in back and only came out to ring up our order. Then went back into the back area. Maybe she was working on something though. But overall, lots of goodies and tasty yogurt. Will go again

Awesome! Very clean and great customer service. The toppings are fresh and organized (not messy like other yogurt shops) and the yogurts are absolutely THE best! Lots of flavors to choose from and you can even try the flavors in a sample cup before filling your bowl. 2 sizes of bowls offered, all self service and its sold by weight. They even stay open late! All around great value!

Always a good mix of tart and sweet. As for toppings they have better fruit than most yogurt places.

My family and I love Yogurtland! Great flavors and toppings. The staff have been kind and the locations we visit frequently (Riverside @Tyler & Elsinore) have been clean and well maintained.

They are not open during the hours that they have posted online.... Says they close at 11pm but have gone twice now, once at 8:30 and another time at 9:15pm and they are closed.

Tasty typical and oddball (rocket pop!) flavors at this two-table strip mall. Bring appetite and a clean towel.

I love frozen yogurt & so do my younger siblings; I even have a Yogurtland Rewards Card of how often I come here. I like how they are always changing up the flavors keeps it interesting. the toppings are delicious they have fruit, cookie crumbles, syrups, candy, etc.This shop is always clean even the restroom. I like how they have a water fountain just in case we get thirsty. I just wish it was a little bit more roomy on the inside or outside. But this is a small city so its fine. It is still great frozen yogurt.

5 dollar unlimited 16 ounces of frozen yogurt on Wednesday in January is a great deal. My kids love it. Ill keep seeing you all January long.

Not sure why, but this Yogurtland tastes better than other Yogurtlands. Our family just loves this place.

I loved the cotton candy flavor and put so much of the little balls that pop in your mouth on it I like the idea of paying by the weight of it.

A very good frozen yogurt shop in Lake Elsinore. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean and well stocked with a good variety of yogurts and toppings. Prices are very reasonable too.

Usually very good service here but today Odalis was seemingly working by herself while two groups of customers were waiting. She actually asked if they were ready!? Its self service - of course we were ready to check-out! Elliott appeared 5 minutes later - he shouldve been helping.

I nearly had to give them my arm and leg for this yogurt. Over priced, charge by weight not cup size and if ur kid wants toppings u better bring a credit card lol.

The customer service was awful. Inside was a mess tables needed to cleaned. Yogurt choices were not that great this time. We asked if we had free ounces and they said they couldnt tell us, we have always been told in the past. Later that night we got an email saying we had free ounces.

Is ok how ever the employee didnt know they closed at 10pm she told me they closed at 9pm so I had to rush out. Also when I asked her for a bottle of water she was giving me a room temperature so I had to ask for a cold bottle.

Great frozen yorgurt horriable customer service. The same lady is always in there around after school time never asked for a rewards number is always pushy to get people out like shes in a rush to do nothing.
