I need to say on the first week of August I went to this annex post office to renew my husband’s passport. The lady there was very nice & helped me & told me she has experience on renewing a passport. she told me the amount so I wrote a check right then and there for the passport. She was really helpful but she was incorrect short by $12.50..a letter was sent to me by the passport dept. Requesting the remainder of the money on 10/20. I would not recommend you to renew your passport there go to the official post office and get it done there if you want it done correctly! This delayed the passport & I am praying that it gets here ASAP. Very Disappointed!!!

I have used Postsl Annex stores in other cities. I typically have a good experience in all of them. Today here at the Canyon Lake store was exceptionally great. The young lady behind the counter, boy did she help me out. She put my daughter stuff (cloths) in the exact right size shipping box, all packaged up nice and neat. Showed me a couple of lessons about how to tape my package properly. She was extremely helpful. I want to say thank you to her. I really appreciate her great attitude. We talked about counterfeit money because I also have a business. She was nice enough to give me a pen to verify authenticity of $100 and $20 bills. I thought that was very gracious and polite. Well gotta say great service great people, 5 STARS ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!!!!!!Tim

Very efficient and professional. Came in today with my husband, it was very busy. The young women greeted us, we told her we need to notarized 20 signatures. She sat us down at the table upfront, offered us complementary water while we waited for her to finish everyone in line. She was very thorough throughout the whole notary process and explained everything to us about specific California rules with notary.Very knowledgeable, delightful, and genuine customer service.Highly recommend !

The clerk was so friendly and professional. The scanning machine was not working so she got on her hands and knees and fixed the issue. She could have sent me somewhere else but fixed the problem herself.

I love this place!!!! Iv been too 2 different postal places for live scan for my nurse license, and it took over an HOUR before they tell me my finger prints arnt good enough and to come back another day.I was at this postal annex off canyon hills maybe 20 mins tops!!! Finger prints came out perfectly no issue!!! Plus it was cheaper then then other places.

I have never had any complaints about their service and it’s hassle free compared to the murrieta location.

Came in to get notary.girl tells me i cant because Id expired even though i had interim (renewal) from dmv!how do you think i got it from dmv, with proven papers and fingerprints required!cant get any more legit people..Went down the road and got notorized NO PROBLEMS with paperwork i had!i understand theres rules to follow, but learn what they are. I will not return.waste of time dealing with incompetent people here.

Terrible experience here several times. Lost mail for my PO Box, someone elses mail in my box. Shipped NFL tickets to client that were received a week late. I PULLED ALL MY BUSINESS OUT OF HERE WITH NEW MANAGEMENT THAT ARE INCOMPETANT
