George was super friendly and informative both on the phone and in person. I went in for a smog check and was out in 15 min. Don’t hesitate to ask questions or strike up a conversation with him. He is glad to help! Also, keep and eye out for coupons on the website.

Ive been to Grand Automotive twice now. The first time they thoroughly checked out my daughters car, and the second time they changed my brake fluid. They are very honest, reasonable, and timely in their service, not to mention friendly. A mechanic like Jorge is just a pleasure to find.

Sharing our experience in hopes that no one else goes through the same horrible experience.Previous mechanics are gone, the only mechanic working on cars is a man named John. He was dishonest with us. If you value your time and hard earned money my advice is look elsewhere (by the way he does not wear a covid mask so be aware if you are a senior citizen or have underlying health issues.*. It took an entire day to get a diagnostic on our vehicle dropped off at around 10 am didnt get a diagnostic until about 6pm. He had our car for almost 1 week.* Conducts himself in an unprofessional manner but he charges for professional services. His honesty, and quality of work is very poor.*Charged us for 2 new fuel oxygen sensors and per our 2nd mechanic we had to hire he found only 1 new sensor. He charged us $ 130.00 each. Plus the labor* Returned our vehicle and said it was ready for pick up, but when we drove it back home and parked it leaked again!! (see pictures)*Had to go back so he can rectify the problem, at the end of the day he called and said its ready for pick up and again when we got home the car made a strange gurgle sound, (he neglected to bleed the water coolant causing that terrible sound. Furthermore the hose that he installed was not pushed all the way inside and had no clamp per our new mechanic the hose was left loose / no clamp/ and had a leak (see pictures)*Had to hire a 2nd mechanic to fix his poor work!!* He agreed to refund us on deposit we left for a airbag issue we planned on him working on but changed our minds after the above experiences, the refund did not happen on the day he agreed he did not bother to reschedule appointment, he decided to take the day off and not notify us.*We ended up spending over $1000.00 in parts, poor and dishonest labor.Because of bad and slow work we spent an extra $300.00 in a car rental wasted precious time and hard earned money. Very stressful, frustrating and naturally upsetting!!!I would never recommend my family or friends. Hope you find this helpful. Do your due diligence. Dont get burnt. Dont get ripped off. IGNORE all recent reviews especially the bad ones. George and Sandra are brand new owners and they just took over on 5/1/21. I took my Range Rover there for a smog check. It was quick and easy. Afterwards, we started to talk and learned about Georges extensive background. I knew the Range Rover needed some work so I asked him about it. Not only was he able to take care of it but he saved me a TON of money because I didnt need to deal with the dealership. My Range Rover is older and it is not under warranty. A few days later I had him do some work on our family minivan - again with stellar results. Exceptional service, good people, and a great value. I would highly recommend for all your auto repair needs. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

I was referred here by a good friend needing to get a couple of misfiring ignition coils replaced. Very transparent with the quote (great value) and even replaced my headlight free of charge. These guys definitely have my business.

Never go wrong with this shop. The same treatment of service for old and new cars. They really take care of my car and they will recommend the service your car needed. If its bad and needed immediate attention you can leave your car and they can give you a loaner to use for the meantime while waiting for your car to be serviced. I really appreciate the honesty and great customer service they showed me while there.Kudos to john the owner and to his fast and reliable mechanics!

I did pre-purchase inception here. I trusted there report and I bought the car. Unfortunately it has a lot of big problems that are not mentioned in the report. The worst place I have ever deal with in my life!!!!

Went for car smog check, without appointment. Had coupon with me for $33 plus $8 for state certificate. They quickly checked me in, did their job efficiently and I was out in 15 minutes. They have chairs outside under umbrellas. Reasonably priced, efficient and courteous service. So, did both my cars there.

I was elated that my 1994 Buick Park Avenue passed the Smog Inspection. Grand Automotive had the best rate in TOWN* Had the needed machine to administer the test. John was multi-tasking between customers and still was able to get me out within the hour. John the owner is a great guy and this is a great place to go for simple auto issues. Never been here for a major service and only have received quick oil changes and small repairs. Very honest and I always feel like I am receiving a trusted answer.

These guys are awesome. They were Quick, have fair pricing and over all did great work. These guys are top notch. I have brought 3 vehicles here and wouldn’t go elsewhere even if I could save a couple dollars. I’m an ex technician myself and I know what quality work is and these guys do exactly that. Probably the easiest car maintenance experience I have ever had. Called a couple places, it always takes hours and they are always busy, called Grand Auto and he told me to come by when ever I want, it will take 30 minutes and only cost $40 for an oil change, tire rotation, filled up my tires and wiper fluid. Owner was very nice. Great experience.

Been using this shop for about 10 years. My family has always been treated well, and I would recommend Grand Auto to everyone. John has great knowledge of Mercedes and BMW in addition to Japanese and domestic vehicles. This is a great alternative to the stealerships, and they do everything from smog checks and oil changes to complete engine and transmission rebuilds; they also have a body shop.

This place does everything from repairs,diagnostic,tires, troubleshooting, window tint,body works and so on. The owner is honest and the staff are straightforward and tells you what you need only.

After taking my car to the same dealer since I bought it, I got tired of them always pushing extra stuff that I didnt think I needed. I went to Grand Auto to get some work done that the dealer wanted to charge me $1,747 for and took my car to Grand Auto. I talked to John, he was very honest and told me they would look at it. After they looked at it, he told me that I didnt need half the stuff the dealer did and fixed my car for only $337 saving me over $1,000!! They just got a new customer!!

Sketchy owner here. He will go out of his way to find you used parts and charge for new. Hell break pieces because he doesnt know what the hell he is doing
