Store manager Kimberly Schell is very rude, snobby, and unprofessional. Not coming back to MAC again. Go to the makeup store across the mall instead.

I requested a certain makeup artist months in advanced and I was so excited to get my makeup done by her! the day of my appointment I get there to find out she was not even working... It would be of been nice to receive a call to let me know that the artist I requested could not do my makeup that day so I could of make another arrangements. By the end of the night my foundation oxidize and I was orange. My foundation was not blended down to my neck so I was two different shades. Not a good experience for the amount of money I spent on products to receive the makeup application. Probably will never use their services again.

I was at the Mac store yesterday and had one of THE best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I went in (totally not planned) to look for an eye brow pencil. Alex helped me out. Not only did she help me find one, she gave me a whole makeup look. Now that is excellent customer service!

I am not one for reviews, but after the way I was treated in this store this past weekend it definitely changed my mind. I have never gotten my make-up done at MAC before, but decided to make an appointment (a month early mind you) for a black-tie wedding. Upon walking into the store a few minutes before my appointment I noticed that they were only two staff members, both of which were assisting other customers. I was told to sit and wait while they finished. Already 10 mins after my scheduled appointment, the red headed artist asked what I wanted and then said she needed to gather a few tools. Unknowingly, she starts assisting OTHER customers who were just wondering around the store. I walked up to her and said I hate to be rude but my appointment is already starting late and I have to leave for a wedding in 45 mins. Based on her reaction, you would think I was asking the world of her. Not only did she start talking back to me, but she actually scuffed and gave me the most attitude like I was in the wrong. I ended up walking out of the store, going to Ulta, and having the BEST experience. Kindness is a virtue; just a simple reminder.

I got my makeup down for my bridal shower makeup looked amazing and service was great

Nasty people shouldnt be in customer service . Ask about doing a return and youll get their amazon beast manager Tombada or something that probably means nasty. What kind of manager raises her voice and acts so unprofessional when you ask about returning something you bought 2 seconds ago. I understand policy but dont raise your voice at me even when asking her to stop raising her voice she continued to and I had to actually tell her to calm down its just lipstick.. seems like her and her green haired friend should take some customer service lessons.

Worst experience of my life I had my make up done for prom the lady Cleary didn’t know a thing about doing make up I literally started to break down in tears and someone else there did my make up it looked terrible too looked like some 10 year old did it. It took like 3 hours. I asked for at for least a discount and they refused. So disappointing Would never recommend to go get your make up done there.I was late to my prom and didn’t even get to take pictures with my family and friends. Thank you Mac for ruining my prom. I felt so self conscious the whole night and didn’t get to enjoy my ONLY prom.
