I arrived I Barnes & Noble with a specific book I needed. Ive only been in this store once before a while ago so I would have needed help to find the area with this book was. When I walked in the store I looked for somebody to assist me and found none. The only store rap was the cashier and they were three people online so I figured Id better have just look myself. The store is laid out very randomly so I basically had to search the whole first and second floor before finding the area I needed. After frustrating search I cannot find the randomly placed on the Shelf so I headed back down to the cashier who gave me a paper with the description. So Im back up on the second floor and again found absolutely nobody. Little did I know in the back corner with no signs that are visible for anybody to know there was a reference desk. The store rap found the book for me but this was after a half an hour on a book I wanted to just run in and run out for. I dont know why Barnes & Noble doesnt categorized are books and have a computer you can go on to check exactly where the book is like a library. I also dont know why they dont have signs up on the ceiling that show where the reference desks are.

I was really impressed by the store. It was very organized and quiet. Customer service staff very helpful in locating items. Theres also a nice coffee shop which I didnt get a chance to try. Bathroom was clean and the location of the store is perfect because you can visit before you go the mall or when you leave.

Nice quiet bookstore to browse around. They offer tons of books in a variety of genres. Will be back soon

I love Barnes & Noble! Unfortunately there isnt one near me so when I get a chance to go, its pretty exciting. This one was well stocked and neat. The cashier was very friendly and funny! I enjoyed my time there.

Took my daughter to go pickup one book...we left with so much more. Lol

1st time at this store and pretty disappointed. It is very clean and has tons of selection. I asked an associate if they sold a type of magazine. He went to the computer, came back and said no. I was browsing the magazines and found it on the shelf. Later on I asked if they had a certain book in stock and he seemed bothered. Numerous associates walked passed me without any acknowledgement. The cashier didnt utter one word. I said thank you, have a good night and I was still ignored. After spending $50 I deserved at least a head nod. Smh.

Cant beat a visit to the book store with the family. This location is huge and plenty of room to social distance. Not to mention there is much more than books sold here.

You must better serve by going into the mall and getting Starbucks sorry

Ive been going here for years, sometimes to buy books and other gifts for people, sometimes just for something fun to do, or a place to read while waiting for the bus. Theres an awesome selection of books, games, toys, and more, and also a Starbucks inside.

My only wish is that the Religion section were sorted better. I couldnt really find any rhyme or reason, and for the life of me I couldnt find even one copy of Lives of the Saints, which isnt a rare book. Also, the adult coloring books are in complete disarray, some of the bindings are actually ripped. For the prices they should be far better maintained. I did, however, find a coloring book that I have been looking for forever on Amazon and Book Depository without success, so I consider it a win, despite the binding being frayed and torn.

I thought this was a nice Barnes and Noble location. They offered a large selection of books in every genre as well as a very friendly and helpful staff.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do what you need to do or pay what you need to pay to get more than 1 cashier! 10 people in line is no fun. One person walking away and not buying 3 books because of the wait could have paid the salary for a couple of hours for a second cashier. Every time I go in its an issue. You dont like to take customers money? Isnt that kind of the point of running a business??

Very nice place to walk around in. They even have a little cafe that serves Star Bucks. Not bargain basement prices all the time but we do shop frequently there. Fantastic variety of books, dvds, etc. John D.

I took a class there. We wanted to sit in a section there but there were no chairs. I understand that Covid is every where but. We had to cut our trip shorter because of that.

Toy section is taking over the books section and no matter how many employees you walk past circling the floor ten times trying to find something, dont expect ANYONE to say can I help you.

Frist time in the store and I love it I was so excited to pick out a book and a movie they had John Wayne movies and everything I cant wait to go back and pick out another one

The store has a wide selection of books, toys and best of all board games. Staff is adequate and the store is always clean. I usually enter the rest of the mall through this store and Im always more than happy to have this as my first location to pursue through.

Went there Wed nite 04/21. Bill the the mgr was extremely helpful finding me a book for my grand daughter. I was in Supermarket mgt 45 years and you should have alot more like him !!!!!!!!

Large Barnes and Nobles with so many books, games and toys you can literally spend all day exploring.

Expensive compared to online but I love bookstores. They have a lot of books but not a wide selection. Every book I have ever wanted had to be ordered.

They called me to pick up A book I had to order because it was out of stock. In and out in 5 minutes. I was in there a week earlier and the staff was very helpful in locating the title as all I had was a brief synopsis of what I was looking for. Highly recommend this bookstore.

The cafe has fewer tables but it is still a cafe due to COVID. It is great to go to a brick and mortar book store with real books and people to discuss the books and IdeasThe gift selection is great including learning toys for kids.

I have alway been a book store person. Due to Covid chairs are gone. They have moved alot of stuff around from last year . So if you dont find it ask for help. They have also update for younger generation and focused what sells. The bathroom could be fresher up as the wall paper was torn appart...really paint is not that expensive. My Brother was manager of a Payless...he painted to attract customers a bad area. If its not a Barnes and Noble issue then get after the land lord to paint.Also old issue for me, no books are aloud in bathroom fine . Then leave a clear place for people to leave them out side the bathroom. If you are by your self their are not many options.Nice place to get books and a Starbucks. Staff as I said was nice and helpful.

Good store, but non-existent staff. Everyone I asked for help looked very put upon and one even sighed. Other than that, nice. Maybe I just came at a bad time.

This Barnes and Noble gives readers a large selection of choices. They range from mystery and thriller to fiction and nursing. Theres something for everyone here. The customer service is really good they help you find what you want in a timely fashion and you leave happy. I love that there is an in store cafe (Starbucks) for those people who like to have a coffee while they read. Overall its pretty good, the only suggestion I would give is to reorder the 1st floor slightly to make it more maneuverable and easier to get around.

I usually buy/ borrow ebooks but am going on a trip and wanted to feel the paper turning the pages. The information desk was empty but the super helpful employee was putting away a shipment of newly received books, so I couldnt fault her. I was looking for a book I had heard about on NPR so didnt know the genre or where to begin. The consultant not only brought me to the area but recommended other similar books and some great bargain books. The clearance section was an abundance of journals, cook books and books I would not have otherwise considered. Thank u Barnes and Noble for employing happy people that at least appeared to want to help customers. Now I feel awful for not asking the kind souls name.

Barnes & Noble is organized. The staff is helpful if you are looking for something and if they dont have it, they will check to see if another store has it. If it does, they will have it shipped to your chosen B&N, email or call you when it arrives.
