Huge disappointment with customer service unprofessional and nasty and rude. Left my house wide open did not tell me they were leaving without doing the work and getting a refund for materials and labor is twice as hard. Deserve 0 stars.. Went thru them due to the rebate for Costco not worth the time or the money and headake

I will never use this company. They want full payment before the job even starts. The owner was smug and could care less that he lost my business . He compared his business to Home Depot and Lowes. So much for supporting this small business in Lake Grove. I did find another company and they did an amazing job.

Too much nonsense. One guy measured my place, and then talked to a sales guy six times...thats right; SIX TIMES...and still didnt have a quote. Ridiculous. Two visits to the store, four conversations on the phone, and no written quote? What was I supposed to do to get carpet? Drop off a blank check?

Great work! Raymond was very helpful in accommodating a small job (replacing carpet on a 5-step staircase) and setting up a schedule that worked for us. The installer was professional and did a great job and the stairs look better than ever!

In Costco they had a Kiosk in their store for rugs Knowing they always stand be hind there Vendores. I had my whole house Carpeted by Carpet your world. Its was a lot work moving your whole house but their Installers name Edgar & Henry were so nice an professional. Couple of years later I started to get wrinklesIn my carpet. Especially I have a 95-year-old grandmother lives with me and I was afraid that her walker would stop her because of the bump in the Carpet. And have an accident.So I called the Store, said No Problem came over and address the problem stood behind their work Thank you Carpet my World Highly recommend them .

Could not ask for better service and great installation job. Both the gentlemen who did the installation were careful, clean and considerate. Very clean. Newly remodeled. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable people. Didnt pressure us. We took our time. Prices were on par, or cheaper, with other places.

They installed the incorrect carpet so I had to wait an additional week for the correct carpet to come in. Once it arrived they reinstalled the carpet but did such a horrible job they had to come back a THIRD time and reinstall the reinstall... They left carpet pieces all over and I had to clean up after the installers myself. While vacuuming up the pieces of carpet they left everywhere the carpet would lift off of the floor because it was not secured correctly. When I gave feedback to the representative calling me about my bill he was confused as to why I was telling him about my experience and seemed to not care much at all. No sorrys, or anything at all. He actually asked me why I was telling him. I will not be shopping there again.

Very professional and helpful. the installers they use were excellent. the floor looks beautiful
