Extremely nice mall. Very clean and very decorative. Mostly teens would hang out there, chill around and eat at the food court. The mall is great itself, there are a lot of stores to look around for. You would not get bored, there are lots of entertainment going on. It is the best place to bring your friends and hang around there with. The mall has an amazing food court too! Foods coming from different nationalities, i especially love the Chinese food there!

Most of the reviews seem to be for the entire mall, weird. Cotton On is nice because it has good prices if youre on a budget. It has unique pieces and definitely a more Euro/International fashion sense. I greatly appreciate that. The service is always great. Non-intrusive and there when you need them. Phone service is okay. They were good about holding my clothing I requested until I came back in to pick it up.

Please save your time and save your money, don’t shop at this store. Every single time I come in to this store their customer service Is disgusting. The workers must slave for 100 hours and get paid 2$ an hour for the amount of rudeness in this store. I come every couple of months hoping they have hired new people, they do, and they all treat you like garbage. No one in this store wants to work, no one wants to help. God help you, shop at Bayshore mall instead, they’re much nicer.

The clothing is steezy... BUT Ive seen toilet paper last longer

Terrible customer service. The attendant was very cold and rude. She looked bothered to be doing her job. I work in retail, and to be able to keep a chain afloat, you have to have good retail workers. Clothes are beautiful but the worker that was on duty today was horrendous.

Very disappointed at this store. With a name like Cotton On it is very misleading because you assume all items are COTTON but they are NOT!

The mall would be rated 4 stars for having good stores and good prices. But, now I know to stay away from Sears. Worst service, long lines, they cant keep up with their sale signs and they put merchandise on the floor that they cant sell. A waste of a half an hour and I wasnt even allowed to purchase the item I waited in line for. HORRIBLE.

Love it. I have sensitive skin so I need to wear all cotton no blends and this is the place for me has great styles and great prices

Everything about this mall was AWESOME to me. I'm from Brooklyn, but live in Michigan (don't ask). We were visiting family Christmas 2009 and compared to malls back (I can't wait til I no longer have to call it) home this place should be called Smith Heaven...Especially with me and my wife both being Christmas-heads when all our blessings start flowing in, no matter where we reside we'll be taking weekend trips there.

Very nice mall. Clean, elegant, nice decor, good choices. Its not roosevelt field which is #1 to me but its not the Westfield Sunrise (Bay Shore) which is a deserted mall. Good food choices and high end stores.

Clothes are very comfortable and cheap. I would highly recommend shopping here for clothes.

DO NOT purchase MYARS livingroom ! it took 5 deliveries, exchanges, and a tech.to come and stuff a cushion to finally get five decent pieces. They deliver sub-standard quality furniture..horrible !

I walked into the mall and was very dissapointed to see the puppy store, and what is hard to believe is that people actually purchase these dogs not knowing the health and condition of the dog.when bringing a dog into your family it should be thoughtful and well planed.buying a puppy on an impulse at a MALL is especially wrong.this should be taken care of immediately this is the worst store i have come upon in my entire life please dont support this store and if you were thinking about buying a puppy from this mall please reconsider
