This is the BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY PHONE STORE. Amanda and Patrick are outstanding! All the other associates there are amazing as well. I had to get 7 lines for my large family, as former Sprint customers. The customer service is unmatched. Friendly, kind, FAST, and so efficient. This is the ONLY store I will go to from here on out. Thank you Amanda and Patrick, and everyone else there for making our day, and for making my twin daughters first phone experience such a happy one!

One of their employees I have followed from 2 other locations! Nick has helped me with making sure my plan and what I purchased, which are usually tablets, fit my needs as both an artist and manager on the go! Hes always thorough and doesnt hesitate to explain my plan, what I need for the product I buy and any other concerns I have that Im not sure of since I need options for different uses and in case something happens to my purchase. I would recommend to ask for him if you need advice on whats best for your needs as a costumer, especially if you have specific needs and are new to T-Mobile!

I tend to avoid going into T-Mobile store to get help because last time I went there I got an attitude from an employee. This time I was attended by a gentleman named Nick who was so helpful. He noticed I was in a hurry and did not get upset at it . He answered my questions as quickly as possible with such experience and kindness . I told him I was contemplating upgrading my internet plan so he explained every offer that was out there and in matter of 5min I upgraded my plan. Thank you Nick for being so efficient, fast and answering all my questions . Definitely pleased with my visit .will deff go back to him with whatever I need .

Had my s9+ screen replacement done here. Was gonna cost me $217 but because there was a guy there who helped us sign up for a $25 monthly repair plan on any piece of electronic item...no strings attached, it only cost me $25! All I gotta do is cancel the plan if I want to before the month is up.Or I can keep the plan and have a piece of mind.

I will never deal with sprint or this store again! Very deceptive business practices! We were offered a sprint driver for our car for free. We asked if it costed anything to buy or fees monthly. We were told it wouldn’t effect our bill. NOW WE HAVE AN ADDED EXPENSE FOR THIS USELESS THING, THAT DOES NOT WORK! The sales lady lied to us and management seems the be non existent after calling almost ten times and getting the run around!! I will never deal with these people again! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

On Presidents Day (2.17.20), we went in to T-Mobile at the Smithaven Mall to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile, and get a free iPhone 11 with trade-in. We worked with Chris Diaz; he made the process of switching very smooth, and worked out all the small details for us! And he did not pressure us into paying for things we didnt need -- like phone insurance. I am very pleased with the experience we had there with Chris.

Absolutely best employees hands down. My husband and I decided to switch from sprint and was such an easy painless process! Chris was with us every step of the way and when he had to help other customers wilson was there to help us back up the phones(sorry my phone took so long guys! LOL) my husband and i cannot stop raving about this customer service. They are a busy store and will help multiple people at once to make sure everyone is being taken care of. I never do these types of reviews but when you get a rare experience like I just got in this TMobile in Smithhaven Mall, I feel like its only right. From the second I walked in and was greeted by the most happy/smiley/knowledgeable employee ever named Leah who instantly made me feel comfortable and at home I knew I was in the right spot to make my new purchase. Walked in knowing literally nothing about my new phone I was about to buy and walked out feeling like I could teach classes on it. She took the time to fill me in on all the details, not the only about the new Galaxy s20, but all the other things that TMobile offers that I simply had no idea they even did. We ran into a few little issues along the way transferring everything out of my old phone but she knew what to do each time and fixed it to make sure I we not only got it done quickly but that we got it ALL out of my old phone to be sure I didnt lose anything important. Theres a major difference between being a salesperson and being a genuinely good person and TMobile is lucky as hell because they clearly have them both within this young lady! After speaking to her about how happy she was working for this company, she actually has me wanting to take up another job working for them LOL Also one of the managers Joey was just as friendly and welcoming and helpful making this just an overall extremely positive experience that I will absolutely be telling people about for sure. Running retail establishments for the last 13 years all over Long Island for different companies, Ive gotta say that either TMobile got really lucky by recruiting these two individuals for their store or they have an amazing training program for their employees either way its refreshing to know theres still people who give a damn these days and are there to go above and beyond to help you out, especially when theres a different competitor on every corner these days. Thanks so much for all your help and I will def be raving about my experience to many other 😁

Impressively terrible. I went in initially to get the charging port repaired. They did not have the parts, did not have a loaner phone to give me. Had to purchase a wireless charger in order to use my phone until the parts got in. Once they got the parts in, went in to get the repair done. Signed in, waited an hour. Finally walked up to the repair desk, they told me they didnt know I was there (even though my name was on the screen right above his head). Fixed the phone, then needed to purchase a screen protector since they changed the screen. Only one they had was $45.Once I got home and went to use the camera, realized it wasnt working. Went back the next day to get that fixed (the tech didnt take off the protective film inside the phone). Once that was fixed, the touch screen didnt work anymore. Had to wait a total of 1 1/2 hours today, only to get back and find the screen slowly turning black. Have been on with Sprint Customer Service for over an hour, they wanted me to file an insurance claim! If not that, they would escalate the issue, and I should expect a call back within 48 hours. So after spending extra money, and WAY too much time, I still dont have a working phone, and I have no idea when it will be fixed. I have been happy with Sprint for 6 years, up until today ruined it for me. Would leave negative stars if possible.

Terrible, unprofessional experience.We were honest from the jump. We told the representative that we were having a problem getting our important photos and videos of our special needs childs progress, to backup properly on iCloud. I told the rep that if we couldnt have them all transferred at the store, that we would continue to troubleshoot with Apple, before doing the upgrade. The rep insisted that she would be able to do the transfer successfully. After we went to dinner, the photos and videos were still loading. We were told they take a while to load but theyll all be there, and to erase our old phones. We did, and of course the photos and videos all didnt load.After all of this, we worked back and forth with a manager who told us SHE would help. No help. Then we call back to speak to another manager. Sales representatives lied to us calling themselves managers. Just completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Sprint needs to get it together and destroy and rebuild this store. There are a couple nice, professional people in this store. Unfortunately, we didnt have the pleasure of meeting any of them.

I should’ve read the reviews and checked the ratings. This store doesn’t exactly seem to care about winning any customers or customer satisfaction for that matter. Trying to upgrade is a major transaction! Their only only saving grace is that a long dragged out process is not unique to them. It’s experienced at every tech store I’ve visited; the worst being Apple. Anyway, the reality is that the whole technology industry is at least 50% hype and 50% reality. They never deliver the seamless experience they lead you to believe exists; important to keep in mind so that expectations don’t go too disappointing. You’re better off keeping them low when you go to this place. I also have to just mention that this Sprint store is not an overwhelmingly friendly place. They’re not necessarily nasty who work there. But with the exception of “Chase”, a friendly associate, it’s a pretty cold place. It takes a bit of effort to not be ignored; that is get them to notice you need help. Service with a smile? - hmmmmm... like I said, keep your expectations low. Anyway, I’ve been to worse places and I’ve definitely been to better. Unless absolutely necessary, I will avoid this place in the future. ...like the Apple store - stay away! It’s exhausting! Phew! (If the associates from this Sprint store read this review, I’m pretty sure they won’t have a clue with what I’m talking about. - which is the problem).

Great One on One Customer Service!Changing plans is a hassle. We all know it. But, with Luis M helping us at the Smith Haven store, he made it a breeze. Luis is so knowledgable & helpful, answering all our questions about data, plans & phone deals. When we had questions after our purchase, we were able to email him directly & he responded immediately & was always available for us. Make sure if you go into the Sprint Store (Right by TGIF at The Mall) you ask for him!

I was a sprint customers for about 13 years I was convinced to try out t mobile... what a mistake that was. I was with t mobile for only 10 days. I called the sprint store in the mall and spoke to a very helpful employee. So i came in and Matt and Evan were helping me out. Matt was running back and forth to t mobile getting information while Even was working hard getting my phones up and running again. These two gentleman really went above and beyond to make sure i was a happy customer. Thanks so much to the team over at the sprint store in the smithhaven mall!!!

Completely screwed me over!! Did the buy out they have switching from Verizon finale bill was $937 I was told to bring in my last payment to the store(I had to do this twice because it wasn’t done correctly the first time) it takes up to 5 weeks to get the check to pay off Verizon and now 8 months later still haven’t got the money for the buy out to pay Verizon off and I had to pay out of pocket!! Horrible experience sales people basically lied to my face and screwed me over

Had the WORST service here.... Came in with a broken iPhone 4S to replace with a 5. Not only did they lazily attempt to do so, I had to call Sprint technical service because my phone kept saying Invalid SIM... they told me to go to Apple, Apple told me to go to Sprint... Really? Finally the woman on the Sprint customer service was able to correct the problem by telling me that the ICCID had not been updated on the computer... Salespersons fault (wont mention his name)... Did not have service for over a day. ALSO, he insisted I sell back my old 4S... I wouldnt have minded doing so, I told him to MAKE SURE I had my contacts and everything backed up. He said I was good to go. I came home and after two days of Sprint/Apple customer service (2 stores each, 1 genius bar appointment, 1 phone call to each) I find out ALL MY INFORMATION IS GONE. Awesome.

I came in as a new customer for sprint and i must say i never dealt with a rude customer service, even from the beginning i was being thrown around from one person to the next until the finally got the sale rep i was suppose to go to for my online order even that guy was horrible. what makes it worse is that this is a CORPORATE STORE. The Manager even looked like one of the employees that didnt care at all. Not helpful, they told me they would switch my number over for me and they didnt so I had to call customer service for days to get it change back to my old one. I had to remind them multiple times to send the gift card so I can pay off my old phone. They wouldnt even help me set up a payment I was forced to do everything online because theyre so lazy, and the guy who answers the phone is incredibly rude. These people are what we call bare minimum workers.

Practically every employee working at this location is aged between 20 and 25, or at least all the ones I have been referred to for assistance are. I wouldnt have a problem with that if it wasnt for the fact that I have never spoken with anyone who was mature and professional by all standards. Whenever I go in with questions about my account, it seems as though whoever the representative Im speaking to is as just as unhelpful as the last. Never have I been taken seriously there, which amazes me considering I am part of their clientele, which you would think entails you to be satisfied as a paying customer. Yesterday topped all my previous visits though, when I asked to speak with an available supervisor and was literally pointed to a young girl who immediately greeted me with an attitude. No name tag on, which is also interesting since (correct me if Im wrong) someone of that authority would most likely feel it necessary to wear one, stating not only their name but position as well. I found out her name, Amanda, but not until the end of my visit and by my inquiry of course. She didnt greet me politely, didnt seem to care at all that I was obviously upset and needed help. Instead she treated me with an extremely unpleasant and demeaning attitude all the while I was asking her about my account information, and I knew right from the beginning that I was yet again going to leave that store having wasted my time. To be treated by a representative- a supervisor- with that kind of attitude is by all means unprofessional and unacceptable. Once I started asking questions given the information she was telling me, she actually responded with hostility in the tone of her voice. Im amazed that I couldnt even be treated with respect at the very least. I wouldnt expect anything more from that location though, especially since I once again left with none of my questions answered in a way that somebody was making sure I clearly understood them and was leaving satisfied. At least now Im sure of the standards this location can meet as a company. After I left I spoke with a wonderful representative named Michael over the phone via Sprints customer service line. He helped me with every question I had for over half an hour, and spoke thoroughly and in an understanding and considerate manner.... the kind of help I cant seem to understand why I couldnt receive in person, or specifically, at the Smith Haven mall location. Not really sure why they have a girl who has yet to comprehend the importance of professionalism and maturity supervising their store, but I suppose thats their issue.

Been here for 45 minutes, after being next in line for service I was cut in line by another customer and continue to wait for a simple answer to a question about replacing thr glass on my phone that theybdo not have in stock. I went there to get my cracked screen fixed since it only would cost me $30 due to having insurance on the phone. Although they did have it fixed and ready in an hour, the staff barely made eye contact with me bc they were just chatting away with one another and were just unfriendly all around. The kid who rang me up didnt know how to complete a cash transaction....seriously? I mean come on! Pretty sad.

If i could give no stars i would. Upgraded my phone to s7, was undecided if i wanted to go with the s7 edge. Sales rep tells me i have 30 days if i change my mind to make the switch with a 30 dollar stocking fee.I go back 17 days after the same sales rep admits what he told me and the manager tells me rhat they made a mistake BUT I should have looked at the receipt its 14 days. See ya cant do NOTHING for you. Will not use this store again. Most certainly leaving Sprint.

So I went into the store and got greeted by a young girl (probably new, rep #472) but very helpful, she didnt understand what i needed and went to call her manager, who comes in while im looking at a phone and yells from across the store hey buddy, whats going on? So I pretend I didnt hear it because thats no way to speak to someone who you dont even know. Then, he starts walking closer and says the same thing, I state i need prepaid service and customer service told me its $13 total. He tries to explain its more then that. Then another rep whos helping out another customer decides to chime in on the conversation and tells me no its going to cost me more and thats how it works. at that point im not gonna argue about $10 and say OK sure lets do it.I say i need 4 because i have 4 family members coming, I get this look like im taking money out of his pocket and putting it into mine. I gave them my drivers licence and my credit card but the manager made me feel like i was some kind of scam artist. paid and walked out and then tried to use one of the sim cards but it didnt work, go into another t mobile store and they tell me they never activated the number, and it could have been done for only $13 and not $23.in short, manager doesnt know how to greet his customers and also doesnt know his own product.

Worst customer experience ever! Considering that this is a corporate location and the lack of customer service is horrendously poor! There was no greet there was no conversation picked up throughout the whole process of activation and at first the sales rep informs me that my id didn’t scan so you have to go through customer service and then after I argued he miraculously was able to get access to my account smh and than he tells me when I asked do you have an iPad pen 🖊 he says yes later he goes and says sorry we don’t have one ! These people are lazy and will not succeed to hit there metrics in no fields smh 🤦‍♀️

So frustrated I upgraded my phone and asked the guy helping me to decrypt my memory card. Thinking he did I watched hi. Wipe my old device clean and I lost all 100gb of data on my phone because its encrypted and can only be decrypted by the device that encrypted it.

Maika (sorry if the spelling is wrong) helped me through a marathon of fixing my phone problems. Went there with a phone that barely worked, almost had to spend $200 just to fix it but she helped me upgrade to the new iPhone 8+ for half of what I would have spent on repairs. Then with transferring all my stuff over she was patient enough to get everything over even with some annoying speed bumps along the way. And she kept me smiling and laughing the whole time so the hour I spent in the store didn’t feel as long as it usual does. I’d rate my experience and Maikas performance 1000 out of 10.

Since theyve opened theyve been my go-to T-Mobile store hands down. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Ive been to most stores in the general area and Ive learned the hard way its worth driving the extra minutes. After going into the Centereach store to get the S7 Edge on jump, I was quickly frustrated with the lack of knowledge and friendliness Im used to from the Smithaven store. The hours are great and so is the staff. Its exactly what youd expect from any business, professionalism. Thank guys.

Went to this store because it is the only sprint location that does online exchanges.. my Galaxy s10 is not working properly - connective issues, phone gets very hot, roaming, cant send pic messages... they placed a ticket for me over 2 weeks ago for a new phone.. still HAVE NOT received the new phone... this is just not right ! I lease my phone to get a new phone every year. Someone has to make this right.. you are about to lose a customer that has been with you for 8 years... paying for a phone that doesnt work more than half the time is just ridiculous!!

Arrive at the store Saturday 2:30 PM spent five minutes trying to distinguished who were the employees, no one available to help. Finally went to the counter spoke with a female. Apparently had no clue or information on Sprint promotions. Found the store to be Unprofessional and uneducated on Sprint products and services. Will not be going back

I went into the store a week ago with my girlfriend and was help by a guy name Steve.. We ask him if my girl had upgrade he said he would check..We already know she had one but wanna to make sure... When he checked it he told us she had to wait to next year which was a lie... He then tried to sell us the new plain that they offer.. We didnt want it so he kept saying our plain would no longer work in few months..LIES.. So we walked b/c i could tell thru his b.s... So when we got home we called sprint and said everything that he told was a lie and we did have upgrade.. Dont shop there they will not treat you right...

They lied to me about where i lived is the best coverage and getting drop calls and saying out of service and busy signals and lied about the payment so be careful if you go to sprint and the airwave from sprint for the house they say its the best and thats a lie!!!

Been with Sprint for over two years, other stores arent bad, but I have never met a more rude staff than the staff here. I am staying with them until my phone lease is up and am switching the second I get the chance.

RIP OFF Lied to me told me id get a discount instead my bill went up $40 and now im stuck on a contract with this stupid tablet that they told me was free.....The catch it was free in the store they didnt tell me I was paying for it monthly full price.

Horrible Expierence with this store 3 different problems on 3 different occasions, I explained my problem with the phone and they didnt even look at the phone just blew me off and told me to go to Apple when I had a protection plan through them.
