Needed to do an upgrade from Sprint. Branden and Lamia took their time and made sure that the upgrade was complete with the new phone and everything was transferred over almost flawlessly. Would definitely ask for them when I go in because they absolutely know what theyre doing.

The customer service at this lake Grove location is phenomenal. I was a long time Verizon customer and moved to a T-Mobile plan. Rafael was extremely helpful getting me started, setting up my new phone, and returning my old phone on a trade-in. It’s worth a longer trip to come to this location. Professional all the way!

Jocelyn was great helping me with my phone to buy out and getting a tablet for my kid within my budget. Better then what I was getting before with Sprint. The team was great and very friendly. Hope everyone have the same experience that I had.

The employee Orlando is legit one of the nicest human beings I have ever met in my life. He was extremely thorough, patient and informative. Someone give this man a raise. As well as the manager Giuseppe, I wish I got the name of the other young man working with them because the three of them together were so helpful. Fantastic customer service. Kudos in particular to Ken. So many cell stores are staffed by disinterested young kids playing with their phones while you try to get their attention. Its nice to walk into a place and talk to grown ups who take the time to answer your questions and are attentive to your needs.This store is an hour from my home and from now on Ill only use this this store.

I dealt with Malcolm for the purchase and he is very patient and he knows his stuff. When I went back for help, the manager Kieth did everything he could to make sure it was right. Very helpful, polite staff and management, Im very pleased with this store.

We went to this store which is over an hour away, because of its reputation; and we were not disappointed:Orlando took us under his wing and spent time hooking up my new Samsung Galaxy III, and then took care of my husbands phone. Crystal was lovely when I returned to the store for questions....the whole staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating..Kudos to this store!!

Very disrespectful employees here. The sign on the window says they close at 8pm. I got here at 7:59. The doors were locked but there were 2 customers inside the store. I could see the 2 employees helping 2 separate customers. But the other employee wasnt helping anyone. They couldnt even look at me until I knocked on the door. Then the older man just shook his head and waved his hand. This was disappointing since I was buying 4 brand new phones.

My account had been screwed up pretty bad (no bodys fault really, it was just a big complicated mix up). After speaking on the phone to several people that kept telling me, call this # or call that # in order to fix my problem, I called this store. Crystal helped me. Instead of telling me another number to call, she surprised me by saying SHE will call someone and have it fixed. She was so helpful and Im really happy that she was able to fix everything for me. When I first called I was noticeably irritated too so I feel bad now for being so rude over the phone to her when I first called. Thank You so much Crystal! Give that girl a raise, she knows her stuff!

I buy a cell from t-mobil calling 611They sendme confirmation number saying you can print on any T mobil store or open you email and sign.I ask guy store about this to print paper to be sign.Because wasn’t cell by store. He put excuse, it is only 1 computer on store and is used by manager 2 guy on desk doing nothing and 1 lady salesman working with customer?It is sunday so, that is kind service they give youB/S

Im never going back to Tmobile. I was a customer of T-mobile for a year and half. And every time I had to fix some problems I had same issue. Employees arent disrespectful but they are foolish. They have only the part of information which made me to visit store and call tmobile several times. I rather wish they are disrespectful but educated about what they shouldve known. The company should know that employees arent trained enough to be out in the field. Please, If someone working at T-mobile is seeing this, make sure and check if you guys or your employees are fully informed.

Went in with a phone I was transferring from Verizon to T-Mobile and had a few questions about it. The two guys in there seemed clueless. They couldnt even figure out whether the phone had an internet connection and were convinced that it was because one page in the browser was partially cached.
