This is the first time I was able to get myself a bracelet, my son bought it for me as my birthday gift thats today. I am very grateful and in love with my bracelet. The staff was super helpful. Michell was wonderful and I hope to see her again when I come back.

I love Pandora jewelry, but the customer service at Pandora, Smithhaven mall is definitely lacking. Most of the employees are decent, but Ive had the displeasure of dealing with the manager. Ive dealt with better dollar store managers. Good thing I love their jewelry.

Nice but little pricey

Customer service is key. I went with my best friend to pick out a ring, to go back the next day with her boyfriend and buy it. The Lady who helped us, was not interested in selling. Basically told my friend the rings looked tight on her and it’s going to cut her circulation so getting a ring at Pandora was not an option. They were sold out on every ring we were interested in, ordering a rings online was not an option as the girl who helped us claimed, their rings size in store only goes up to 9, when online goes up to 10.5. I did call another Pandora and the manager told me, even though sizes only go up to 9 in stores, the girl was supposed to let us know online the sizes go up higher and offer to help us order it in store.

I went to the store to get my bracelet cleaned and when I returned back to the store to pick up my bracelet the sales person told me that the manager was giving me a new bracelet due to wearing of my old bracelet. The manager was very nice and courteous to me and took time to speak to me about my bracelet. It was a very nice surprise to receive a brand new bracelet for no cost to me at all. The customer service was outstanding and a great experience over all. I highly recommend Pandora at the smith haven mall!

Very disappointed couldn’t buy my mom a charm because an associate told me the wrong price for it. When it was time to check out it came up to $30 more. Very unapologetic from the sales associate (Asian girl with a ace bandage around her hand) She told me it was $45 for charm for my grandmother and it came up to $70. I went back to ask her did she or did she not say $45 and then she told me she never said it was $45 after she realized it was her mistake. Going back and forth from the register to her was too much for me to be standing on my feet as a pregnant woman so I just walked away with nothing and sadly dissatisfied.

The worst. Didn’t help and tried to make me buy a brand new bracelet just to replace a clasp.

Great customer service. Brianna was amazing patient, good listener and very caring. Thank you for your help. To those who dont know, dont shop online, go to the store in person and purchase Pandora charms. Online purchases doea not reflect on in- store purchases.

Meh...

I didnt hate this store, but I was so very disappointed in the treatment received by the sales associates. I had been looking forward to shopping in the store with my niece - I had brought her to pick out the ring I was giving to her for Christmas this year, and I wanted the time spent there to be special. Instead, I felt that we were treated with indifference and actual rudeness, and I look back at that experience with disappointment and regret that I ever took her there to get her first piece of Pandora jewlery from me. I feel very sad that a potentially nice moment has been tainted with memories of rudeness and moments of open disdain.

For a very expensive jewelry company - they do poor quality of work. It takes a long time to actually put on and close the bracelet. Manager is very close minded. The sale asscoaites are not only ditzy, but they push to buy more items that you dont need; they take no for an answer and if they do, they are rude about it. Never again.

The customer service here is horrible. They take people without waiting on the line but will direct anyone who HAS been waiting to wait outside??

I just got my bangle and charms “cleaned” very disappointed they look the same as when my husband dropped it off they shouldn’t say they have a free cleaning service if they are incapable of doing the simple task!!!!
