Horrible experience. had my car for about a week before they started working on it and on the day they said they would have it done i heard nothing except when i called and they confirmed it going to be done that day. made me miss my first day of my new job as i had no other way to get there.

Jeff runs a GREAT operation at Trans Express. I took my truck in with terrible transmission problems. I knew I needed a full rebuild. New clutch packs, new solenoid block, new sensors, new programming. Normally the big fat corporate shops screw up transmissions massively. Big data and greed tend to corrupt competence and what you get back is junk. But Jeff and his team run MUCH differently. They did great work, total focus on precision and doing everything right, surgical level discipline, skill and procedures. I stand amazed. Jeff and his team did an unbelievable job. The truck now runs beautifully. I can tow again, shifting is flawless, temperature gauge shows much cooler. I cant say enough good stuff about Transmission Express.So nice to NOT get the Im sorry lecture on corporate policy and all of the cant wont dont do items (like I need that lecture? whats the value of it??). Then the scripted up-sells, the gaffs, the cookies, the spam, the scams, the calls. Jeff is true blue. He doesnt do this. Big corporation cant do what he does. We used to call that SERVICE back in the old days. Hes human, he cares and hes very competent. That dont compute in SAP does it? But it sure works for us paltry mortals!! Take that HBR! SERVICE wins again. To the money guy weasel reading this spying for corporate, dont even bother dude. you cant teach or transfer this in your half hour training seminar.

Nothing but great things to say. I interacted with Jeff, who is absolutely fantastic. I went to a few other places before seeing him and none of them where able to figure out what was exactly wrong with our Honda van. Jeff diagnosed it, repaired it for a very reasonable price. I went ahead and brought our Acura, which he fixed for a great price as well. Last week I had to get something else looked at on my van and went to him immediately and explained to him that we had relocated pretty far away I would need someone to take a look at the problem right-a-way. Instead of making me wait until the beginning of the following week he took me in immediately and put me in front of the line because it was an emergency. I have never dealt with such a kind, responsible, honest and accommodating person before. DO NOT waste your time going anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend Transmission Express. Ask for Jeff and hell take care of you for a fair price, great customer service and an amazing quality of work!!!

Fantastic service and experience with Jeff and Transmission Express!! My sons 2007 Toyota Corolla S needed the clutch replaced. I went to Transmission Express and dealt with Jeff. He allowed me to purchase a specific clutch kit I wanted installed on the car, which was VERY important to me. Jeff said no problem, you order the clutch kit and we will install it for you. The clutch was expertly installed and works flawlessly!! I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Jeff and Transmission Express. I wont be going anywhere else for future repairs. Highly Recommended!!!

Awesome place

This is the place to go, if you like going back over and over and over and over.....Six months later, there are metal shavings on the transmission magnetic drain plug.I got tired of dealing with this place and went to a reputable repair shop and paid to have the work done properly.Sad thing is, this used to be a good place. Jeff is a nice guy and built up his name, just to have shoddy employees tear it down.
