I’m living in San Marcos, Texas now and I still drive back to Lake Jackson to “The Eye Contact” to see Dr. Jackson due to his outstanding service and caring demeanor. Dr. Jackson is a friendly and sincerely cares about his patients and their eye concerns. His heart is truly in what he does and using his knowledge to help others. I have been going to his clinic for many years and he’s the only eye doctor I trust. He is always accurate with our glasses and contacts. He is very knowledgeable his field and draws out conditions of the eye so you can understand to help you with any concerns you have regarding your eye health. He makes your concerns important and runs additional tests to give you immediate relief and helps to know any next steps you may need to take. It’s really hard to find doctors of this quality today and I truly appreciate Dr. Jackson and his nice office staff’s care. Dr. Jackson is by far the best eye doctor in Lake Jackson and better than any I’ve seen in the Austin, TX area too.

Dr. Jackson has cared for our entire familys eyes for more than 20 years! He is so knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly has frequently upgraded to the most cutting edge technology. I would have given 5 stars because Dr. Jackson is awesome. Very professional. Sorry that I can NOT say the same for his staff. I have been hung up on, insurance eligibility papers not read, contacts not ordered, etc. I think from now on, I will get my script there and contacts elsewhere. If I could find a good Dr. like Dr. Jackson where the staff is more qualified, Id go there. As it is now, I ordered contacts, over a week ago. They were never ordered, I found out by calling to see if they were in. I find out today, that they still are not in, which it doesnt matter because they ordered the wrong ones any way. Now, Im to go out of town for the holidays, with the same trial pair in my eyes that I put in over two weeks ago... I feel really screwed over. Its a shame because I really liked the Dr.

Dr Jackson has been our family eye doc for years. He is professional and very knowledgable. He even took time to draw a pic of the anatomy of the eye and explained some things to my curious daughter.We never have a long wait which I really appreciate. Professional office staff, competitive prices and quick turn around time on glasses and contact orders. We will definitely be loyal patients!

Doctor was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. He was patient with my young son who was very active. He was very helpful and gave quality information about what he was doing and looking for with each test he performed.

Ive been here for over two years now and I have been to another eye doctor who didnt take the time to personally get to know you or wanted to explain anything. Dr.Jackson went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explain things to me and it only took a short time for my glasses to come in. The front desk was very friendly as well.

Upon entering the facility, it occurred to me and my family member how clean, comfortable and professional the establishment is! The ladies at the reception area welcomed us in and no time was wasted getting me in to see Dr.Jackson (one of my eyes was injured, I was in pain) DrJacksons calm, friendly demeanor and his thourough explanation of every step of the procedures was a relief (Im a sissy about my eyes and was nervous at the time) After addressing and treating/correcting my immediate issues, Dr. Jacksons went on to examamine BOTH of my eyes. Checking interoccular pressures, examining retina, optic nerve-you name it, he checked it out! All the while being very conversational about his observations and sharing his knowledge with me in ways made easy to comprehend. Aftercare was explained (and demonstrated) in detail, so after leaving his care I knew what to expect in my recovery and exactly how to use the medicines prescribed. The level of care received was exceptional beyond what I have experienced prior (not my first rodeo) My thanks to Dr. William Jackson and his staff for making my visit so beneficial and memorable
