Didnt even want to give 1 star I hate this place I have never had a good experience here wish I could find somewhere else to go that takes my insurance. I definitely would not recommend this place was there today was told to sign in and when they called me I proceeded to go and another person started talking to the lady that called me and when I got there I said you called me and she just walked off with the other lady. What good does it do to sign in very rude people there

Davin came to my table and had a LONG conversation with the doctor attending me. Someone needs to manage her conversations also since when is it okay to talk about other patients?! I mean she talked like I wasn’t even there in front of them and it was totally inappropriate, I had always believed there was a law or something that prohibited telling others about patient information..But Davin talked a lot, the person attending was put in such an uncomfortable situation as she herself did not enjoy this conversation. I as a patient was put in an uncomfortable position because i had to listen to her ramblings. There’s long lines now because of Covid and the fact that SOME employees are just having inappropriate conversations with others is disappointing..Davin do better, high schoolers aren’t even this gossipy..

The receptionist is horribly ugly to patients trying to make appointments. So ugly that Ive changed doctors after using Walmart Vision Center and their doctors for 10+ years. Ill never go back to Walmart Vision Center again. No paying customer should allow themselves to be treated so nasty.

What a sad experience..an employee named Davin was rambling about patients and my poor doctor just wanted to end the conversation right then and there, Davin made me feel that I was going to be talked about as soon as I left the place, it’s sad when the people like this are in customer service.

Worst customer service and rudest receptionist I’ve ever experienced. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location. Take your business elsewhere.

My glasses broke while on a business trip so I came 6 hours home to get new ones because they were the only ones with my prescription and was sent away with broken glasses (nose piece) because of an expired prescription. Said it wouldnt do me any good even though they wont stay on as is. Im asking for the same prescription I had in the glasses. Just needed a frame. She was polite and not rude though.

Really really poor customer service. Employee didnt know whose turn it was. Which is fine. Whats not fine is when a customer tries to speak to you, but you dont even acknowledge them. Instead you look around them to ask somebody else if they are next. (They werent) no Im sorry maam hold on a second nothing. Ive worked in customer service most of my life and Ive never left a bad review anywhere before. Your cant just treat somebody like they dont exist because you wrongly assume they were trying to jump ahead in line. Its not the customers job to keep up with your stores organization.

Worst experience ever. Went there paid to get contacts. The contact brand irritated my eyes so I call the same day to see if i could get a different one. I couldnt go back that day because i was at work. I went the next day only to be diagnosed with a cold and an extra fee. Took the doctors order and did exactly what she told me to do. Not wear my contacts and eyedrops for a week. I again stated to her that I wanted a different brand. By the way the prescription was way off I could not see a thing everything was blurry. Had to go back to ask for a different prescription and a different brand. Then she states that it is not the brand it is the makeup i wear and that you arent getting younger, you shouldnt wear that much makeup. I am 24 years old. Then tries to make up that now i have a cut in my eye. And charges me again and doesnt give me a new prescription, because like she said the prescription was off to begin with because of your cold. So why didnt she tell me that the initial appointment. Then makes another appointment on which she planned on charging me again. Now I am left with over $200 down the drain and no contacts. Very unprofessional and no creditable with her work. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

My 15yr old glasses broke on a Sat. at 9:30a. So I Called Walmart Vision in LakeJackson, TX & they worked me in! Done the much needed eye exam for $75 cash, found a pair of $100 frames that I liked (they had many for much, much cheaper) and was set by 10:45a. I was hoping for same day service but needed Progressive Lenses. Its been over a month now & I can honestly say that I am very pleased with these glasses. Cost- $75 exam & $340 for Progressive Transition Lenses with these nice frames. Glass is great also. I did not pay or want any other coatings because of past issues with pealing. They Transition Dark & Fast also. Only reason for 4 Stars is because I was told my glasses would take 4-7 days. However, it took a little over a week. They apparently measured my pupils correctly also. These Progressive Lenses were very easy to adjust too. They do measure the “old fashioned way”. With a ruler & marking the test frames with a sharpie. (So make sure they are on your face correctly. I wasn’t told this.) I hear that’s not good & many people have issues with their Progressive Glasses because pupils were not measured correctly. Idk

Very rude employees. They completely ignore you unless you sign in. They do not have a sign posted asking to sign in. You can not just pick up an order.
