This place is great, (LAKE JACKSON). Very professional people and outstanding services, lots of different products for your hearing needs. They help and listen to you and go from there. Highly recommend Allison Audiology.

Dr Erin was wonderful. She takes all the time necessary to work through all the questions. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Directions on Google Map to the location area hard to understand and took 15min to find. Called the location and found in 1min. (we were 60ft from the door) Handicap parking is non-existent. Audiologist was pleasant professional and explained in detail all of the results. Cost was more than anticipated.

From the doctor to the receptionist, this place is amazing. I reluctantly got my hearing aids during the school year and Allison Audiology has been with me every step of the way. Great experience! The staff is friendly. Dr. Larson was friendly, knowledgeable, prepared to answer any and all of my questions. The entire experience from the first phone call to setup the appointment all the way through the actual appointment was great. I did not have to wait long and all my results were explained to me completely and thoroughly. Highly recommend.

I recommend Allison Audiology. Erin has worked hard to get me the best possible hearing experience. It seems first pair I tried had connectivity issues with Bluetooth. She ordered a different pair and connectivity was fine. Had an issue with battery drain and she resolved that. Everything is fine now

Ive had a great experience with Allison Audiology in Lake Jackson. Both Candace and Dr. Larson are friendly and compassionate.

The audiologist was professional, efficient and personable. I felt confident in the testing results as explained to me, and optimistic about receiving competent aid for my hearing difficulties. The hearing aids purchased have enabled me to understand conversations better, although I am still adjusting to them. So far, a good experience.Update Sept 17, 2021: I continue to be highly satisfied with the services and personnel at Allison Audiology. Warranty service on my hearing aids was prompt and convenient. The doctor and staff are friendly and competent.

Very Good experience so far, It is quite a drive for us but worth it. They follow Best Practices for fitting hearing aids and also a part of the Dr Cliff Network.

I am extremely happy with my visit, I was made to feel welcomed with genuine care. I received quality care and any questions I might have had were answered with courtesy. I personally want to thank Dr. Jana and her staff for making me feel comfortable while I was realizing that my life was changed moving forward. Dr. Jana provided a device allowing me to hear sounds that I haven’t heard in a very long time with clarity.

Was very impressed with the thoroughness of the exam. The choices were great and we love the end results!!

This was my 3rd place to try in figuring out what hearing aid style, brand and fit I would need. I’m in my late 30’s and my need for hearing aids is not your standard age progression hearing loss, so I wanted someone who actually understood what I needed. Having multiple surgeries and diseased riddled ears with so many issues meant I needed a person who was more skilled in handling In depth ear issues and wasn’t just pushing hearing aids.Erin was amazing. She took her time, went over different styles and made sure to be as in depth as possible with my ridiculous barrage of questions. When we set down to talk about prices and different needs/options, she wasn’t busy pushing the most expensive, best, top of the line hearing aid. She was genuinely trying to get me the aid I needed the most. I felt like she cared and understood what we needed and where we were going to be headed in the future with my earring. That made deciding to purchase with her an easy choice.At this time, I’ve only had my hearing aid for ages days but I’m loving it. The app is so easy to use and being able to open it, click buttons to drown out extra noise, change programs with a swipe, the speech clarity button is phenomenal, and the find my aid feature is pretty neat. So far the aid is comfortable and easy to put in and take out. Love the rechargeable case that holds up to 3 days of charges if you take it with you and forgot your cord. It is it’s own battery pack. It does have Bluetooth streaming for music and videos but I’ve not used that feature yet. I’m sure it’s easy to use.Overall, wonderful experience. I will recommend them, especially Erin. She’s truly a gem. I felt so comfortable working with her and I know you will too.

I really like Allison Audiology. They treat you very personally. They are open and willing to treat every concern. From talking to others, they give more personal attention than the discount businesses.

I was seen promptly, the examination was thorough, and the results were explained clearly. The doctor took plenty of time with me, and answered all my questions. Do not be put off by the general condition of the property where they are located. Their suite is clean and orderly. The property owner/manager should get busy with property repairs.

I have a teenage boy whose hearing aid was purchased while living over seas in Saudi Arabia. We knew nothing about his hearing aid. Not the serial number or even the warranty information. Allison Audiology did all the leg work and found out all the info needed to make sure his warranty covered all the repairs.
