My visit was much better than I expected I’m hoping to get hearing aids soon. They’re fairly reasonable and made a big difference in my hearing. The doctor was extremely nice the staff was nice it was an overall very pleasant experience

Great place to go for hearing aid services! The audiologist/salesperson was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He did an audiology test in an appropriately equipped soundproof booth, then explained my results carefully. He also offered me different price point hearing aid products and explained the differences, advantages and disadvantages of each. This was my first exposure to this subject, so I can’t compare it to any previous hearing aid purchase process, but I am now looking forward to receiving my new hearing aids and getting back into the world of actually hearing and understanding sounds of so many types, and especially conversations and film speech (movies, tv, videos).

I highly recommend New Sound. They are great. The staff was very friendly. The Dr. was very good at explaining the test. Did hearing test and explained everything. I am very pleased.

Excellent staff from entrance to completion. We never felt pressured to make a decision. We had time to ask and receive answers as Jeremy took the time to make sure all were addressed. Jeremy Kier and his staff are always a happy welcoming group. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A good listener. I have used others in town and he is the one, that listens and will do his best to accommodate the clients wishes. He takes the wax out of my ears on each visit, which none of the other audiologists ever did. Thus he and his staff get the five stars that he truly earns.

Jeremy and I discussed new hearing aids, tweeking the hearing aids I have and then discovered left hearing aid was not working. He is sending it off to be fixed and re-evaluateing once it is sent back. Great and honest discussions.

The most dishonest front office. Especially that lying hack named Brenda. If you’re not knowledgeable about anything, she will flat out lie to you about the cost of maintaining any hearing aid. I found out that most of these types of places are a scams from the hacks at the front to their so call expert technician. The elderly need to be aware that they are being overcharged for any brand of hearing aid you get from these crooks. BUYER BEWARE.

Buying my pair of hearing aids from NewSound has been a great experience. Gloria was very helpful in selecting the right hearing aid for me and in setting them up. You can tell she cares about her patients and works hard at making the hearing aids perform their best. I am very happy with the service. But I think she is much prettier in person than the picture on this web site.

Gloria has been excellent in helping me select the hearing aid that I needed and setting it up when it arrived.
