Ryan was the only one in town willing to touch my 2DS since they are no longer supported by most companies and difficult to replace. I wasnt looking for a repair, just needed a few stripped screws out as it was a hobby project of my own. He told me to come right in, took them out in under 10 minutes, and didnt even charge me for the service. I will 100% be keeping him and his shop in mind if anything else needs repaired in my future!UPDATE: I When I got home I found out that he drilled through the front of the casing. Sort of defeated my purpose with the project of re-casing an old motherboard since it has a hole in it now. Still functional but ruined my project.

Scheduled an appointment to have the screen replaced on my phone. Did not receive a confirmation email, and I went in anyways. The store was closed, I called and recording said they stepped out. I waited and the owners arrived, they were apologetic for my wait and extended a discount on my services. As I take this to be a family run operation, I understand how competing priorities can sometime affect things. The discount was much appreciated. Phone was repaired quickly and professionally. Owners were honest and went above and beyond to make the customer happy. This was my second visit to this establishment, the first visit went smoothly and I didnt have any issues with that repair (dropped iphone in ocean) several years ago and I still have that phone. I would recommend anyone looking for repair to consider this establishment!

So I dont usually write reviews but I felt compelled to write one in this case. I was in Ryans shop earlier today when he was responding to a couple of negative reviews. I asked him about their reasons but he told me not to worry about it. I checked out the reviews at home and felt I needed to write something in defense of this shop. Ryan has repaired numerous devices for my family over the years and done excellent work for far less than any other business like his. The work is second to none and he goes out of his way for his customers. Does he miss calls sometimes? Yes. Have we driven to his shop during business hours to find him out of the shop? Yes. He knows his weaknesses as the only person in the shop and is upfront about the fact he sometimes misses people. Nowadays people have the ability to write reviews about anything they want which can really affect a small business. I know because I ran one for many years. This brings me to the point of my review. The reviews from Charles Smith and Jimmy Walker are extremely unnecessary. A 1 star review for a small business during a pandemic for issues not related to the work they do?!?!?! Get a freaking life guys! Not only do small business have to worry about Covid but they also have to deal with ignorant people writing idiotic reviews. Im talking to you Charles/Jimmy. Get a life! The owner Ryan is great! The prices are beyond fair and his respect for public safety officers really shows! I’ve had a couple things done there and Ryan doesn’t come across like he’s out for the money but more into quality and customer return which is why I’ve been back.

He was very helpful and communicative helped a lot with my pcs and have me upgrades and a pc very recommendable.

We have had two iPhone issues (hardware) repaired here. Super friendly and proficient. Cant recommend enough.Apparently they repair other random things like toasters.P.S. Dont be scared of the dog...very placid and friendly.

They dont call me back, they pretty much never called to give me updates, they sold the part they had ordered for my nintendo switch after telling me they had the part and that they would be using it to fix my switch (I only found out because I came TO the store after several weeks of zero communication from them), and they arent in the office on time - I waited to pick up my unfixed switch (I gave up on them ever fixing it after they had it in their possession, working on it twice, for 5 months) for 45 minutes past their opening time before and employee finally came to open the store - along with 7 other people who came and went because they didnt have the time to wait (the stories of their experiences are just as bad as mine). The employee even knew I was coming - I spoke with them on the phone only one day prior.

Seems to be closed or a fake business. Called phone number multiple times, never an answer. Visited three times on different days, doors locked. Looks like its being used as storage for liquor store next door.

Brought my Playstation 4 in with a busted HDMI port. Ryan quoted me an extremely reasonable price right off the bat, which he never raised even after it turned out the console was going to require some much more intensive soldering work. For the week my Playstation was in, I was given regular updates by phone and sent photos of the progress. Totally committed shop, excellent service, and awesome dog that greets you at the door.

I went in to get my charging port fixed. Turns out it needed to just be cleaned and he had it fixed for me in minutes. The guy was honest and quick..so overall Ill be going back to this place for all future repairs/concerns. Thanks again.

Ryan was the consummate pro. He worked swiftly to get my cracked glass taken care of. Unlike some of the other places Ive been, he doesnt use second-tier glass that cracks easily. He buys his glass from the same distribution chain as Apple from China that leaves you with a reliable feeling. Cool store in downtown LO with two smart dudes running it.

My iMac was running slowly and I did not know why. I took it to Device Doctors. Ryan and Ian sat down with me and my computer and explained what the possible problems and solutions might be. I was treated with friendly respect. I turned the machine over to them and they safely updated much of the software, and now it runs well again. Because the work lasted into the evening, Ian delivered the computer to my home. In my opinion, the Device Doctors are honest, knowledgeable, and hard working. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and broke the screen. Turns out, Device Doctors is the only place near Tualatin that would fix my phone. (Seems like most places only do iPhones for some reason.)Once he got the parts in, Ryan replaced the screen in about an hour. If you dont have an iPhone, be sure to call ahead so he can order the parts. (Unless you want to leave the phone there and pick it up when its done.)Because the screen on my phone is weird and because of Samsungs recent issues, it was kinda pricey ($350 or 45% of the cost of the phone) but thats due to the parts and totally not the shops fault. (Thanks, Samsung!)Ryan did great work and Id highly recommend this place if youve got a Samsung phone (or tablet) that needs to be repaired.
