No words to describe the level of service we received from Ashley. She helped four family members trade in phones and set up new phones, navigating many questions along the way. A time-consuming process and she was super patient and super kind. So glad we came in and I hope she is recognized for her excellence!
Ashley was incredibly helpful and informative. I came in to purchase a replacement phone and she took the time to go over all details of my options and then ensured all my data transfered to the new device. She went above and beyond customer service!!

Obviously, its natural to dread going out to purchase a new phone. Ive bought many phones before and always end up leaving feeling like i dont have a full understanding of what I just purchased. However, I am happy to say that this was a whole different experience. The store itself is very friendly and inviting. I was surprised this place was tucked away in lake Oswego. You could tell the store was well cared for as it was very clean.The young bearded gentlemen educated me on all of the phones and was very insightful on what he felt would be best for me. His manager Jade was very kind as well and helped me get on an affordable plan because I couldnt purchase the phone outright. Great experience overall. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Ill be back again when I inevitably need to buy another phone.
We wanted to change providers and heard about a great offer through T-Mobile. We hesitantly walked in the store determined to walk out if the salesman was pushy or impatient with our questions. We happened upon Torrey who provided us with the opposite experience. Torrey patiently answered all our questions and not only set us up with a new plan but we ended up purchasing a new phone and getting an unbeatable deal trading in our old phone. The service was 5 star and all the employees were extremely attentive, even bringing us water bottles after being there a few minutes. I highly recommend this store and the the great team working with Torrey.
Stopped in on my way to a wedding because my GPS wasnt on and my navigation wasnt working. A young lady named Tori greeted me and asked how she could assist me. I explained that I wasnt a T Mobile customer and that I was trying to get to a wedding. Tori said that she could help me anyway. She had my phone problem figured out faster than you could say Tori is a class act😁 I really appreciate her time and she represents T Mobile in a most excellent fashion! Thanks Tori, YOU ROCK!!!
Had an amazing experience! T-Mobile isn’t what it was several years ago. I’m so glad I switched back!! Can’t wait for 5G!!! They paid off my Verizon bill & everything was taken care of in less than 20 days!!! Superior customer service. Best store I’ve been to, EVER. Ty very much for everything!! :)

Absolutely the WORST customer Service and Manager. Just to start off, the employees can not follow directions provided by T-Mobile customer service without the managers approval (Jade). And guess who is not available when you need them? Jade. She is either running about, flipping her hair around like some princess, looking at new homes, shopping or whatever but not training or empowering her employees to do what T-Mobile needs them to do to satisfy the customer. All we wanted was to start the new service we paid for and it was like pulling teeth to get it done. We had to make 4 trips into the branch before we could get our issues resolved because Jade was not available to her employees as any manager should be. I would say this is the worst representation of any group for any organization and it starts at the top. Clean house, keep the new young man that was just hired and start over. We will never return to this location which is just a few blocks from our home. REPLACE or RE-TRAIN Jade, Employees learn from their leader and she is nothing close to a good example of a leader, even when she is there, which isnt consistently.
I love going to this location! It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Whenever I go in there I feel like I am important and that my business is appreciated. I tell all of my friends about this location and I will definitely be back.
The whole team there was very energetic and upbeat. I love that they were so helpful and were eager to help me get the best deals. I havent been to as good of a phone store as this one. Im so happy that its so close to home too!!
I’d like to give 0 stars but there are actually a couple male employees there who make this store one-star worthy. Jade was a nightmare wrapped in a horror film. Her customer service was completely lacking. She REFUSED to look her customer in the eyes or even acknowledge her existence once she was informed by her underling Baily (who is obviously taking her customer service cues from her boss) that she was there to get her phone service set up. I am a brand new T-Mobile customer who finally made the switch after dealing with AT&T hell for 10 years. In the one week I have been dealing with T-Mobile and the process of having my phones unlocked and switched over, I have been extremely pleased with everyone I have come across on the phone and in person — with the overwhelming exception of JADE (and to a lesser extent Baily, although I am convinced her hands are tied due to the management style of her boss). I even had another T-Mobile store called Jade to try to get my issue resolved in an acceptable manner and he, a colleague of Jade’s, was STUNNED by how he was treated and apologized profusely saying she doesn’t represent the type of customer experience T-Mobile prides itself on. Lastly, in a conference call with T-Mobile customer service phone support with the customer, a customer rep and Jade, that customer rep ALSO was floored by Jade and her lack of customer service skills and her attitude in general. He personally took it upon himself to file a complaint against her to his boss. I have been pleased overall with T-Mobile, but Jade needs some retraining....or she needs to go work for AT&T.
First thing when I walked in I was welcomed! They made the atmosphere seem right as if I were at home! Best customer service I have seen in a long time!

Of the 3 T-Mobile stores I have been to recently this State Street Lake Oswego this has the best customer service. The representatives are knowledgeable, willing to spend time with you, and pleasantly professional. Nice!

The T-Mobile store in Lake Oswego provided the BEST experience we have ever had when it comes to navigating the world of wireless service! (The store is tucked just down from Nicolettas Table and Senor Taco)The store manager, Charlie, worked with us from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and patient. He helped us figure-out the deals that best matched our family and our needs. Charlie called back on several occasions to make sure that we were happy with how things were going and to see if we had any questions or concerns. I dropped the ball on my part in redeeming a pretty significant ($700) promotion that they had running at the time of our purchases. Drake, the T-Mobile Market Manager for the Portland area, was able to have the money credited to our account within 7 hours. Overall the pairing of fabulous customer service and knowledge makes the T-Mobile store in Lake Oswego a win-win.
From start to finish it was seamless for my husband and me. Weve been Verizon customers forever, but are planning some European adventures so we knew we had to inveatigate T- Mobile. I wasnt exactly eager to leave Verizon, but......T-Mobiles coverage in the US is strong, and their free calling to USA numbers from outside the country is unparralled, not to mention Unlimited Data! Score! Jade and Cameron took their time and clearly explained the transition, including paying off my Note 8! Thanks Lake Oswego T-Mobile!
Had to stop in on two separate occasions to discuss with two separate employees, including the manager Jake, and they still couldnt figure out left from right. Had spend hours on the phone with T-mobile to untangle the mess they created. Several T-mo store options in town. I would not recommend this one.

The manager tried to sell us 4 lines plan for 160, while tmobile website clearly shows 4 lines 140 (whyyy, did we look that dumb? So disrespectful). He could have easily gotten us onto $70 One plan with free line promo thats going on now, or at least could have mentioned it, but he and his staff had no desire helping us. Sweeping the floors was more important... The man just sent us to call customer care to deal with us. Sweet! Good luck! Will never come back to this location.AFTER Ts REPLY:FYI customer folks, for the future, just talked to T-Mobile CS about transferring a number to another person, and confirmed that it IS easily done IN THE STORE and you should report to tmobile if they send you to call Customer Care.And store, thanks again for wasting my time. Its really hard to gather everyone for number transfers, you know. People work, busy with kids etc... I had to call CS, have them call me back in 30mins, going through 2 reps, one saying yes, another saying no, in the end basically just sending me to the Store due to it being easier... So offering to visit your particular store just doesnt quite cover my high level of frustration.
