Great customer service the store manager Ken Stepanian took the time to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. He had my best interest at heart I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The customer service is A1 but I had 2 problems I got new tires and the installer damaged my rims and the 2nd I got an oil change and they rotate the tires but didnt calibrate the sensors to the correct tires. Its not a deal breaker but very frustrating

Headlight Restoration, 7/8/20.Very professional, friendly, and fair priced experience at Midas, 806 Northlake in Lake Park today ! Joe is very welcoming, personable, and attentive. He and his crew do really great work. Please see the before/after pics of my Headlight Restoration they did for my 05 Honda.Would HIGHLY recommend this treatment at this Midas. Joe recommends that the restoration takes place on a very sunny day, so that the natural UV light from the sun allows the Acrylic to cure more slowly, for lasting results. Wow, its like night and day- looks like new again. Thanks guys- great service & amazing results !

I recently purchased a 1980 CJ5. Absolutely loved the jeep, but could not drive it without a headache due to the exhaust fumes. Ken’s team replaced and rerouted the dual exhaust and added two catalytic converters to help with emissions. I LOVE driving the car now. The exhaust fumes are minimal - driving with no doors and top! I felt that Ken knew exactly what he was talking about and quoted me a fair deal for the work. Thank you, Ken!! Been driving it nonstop now 😃 Will use you guys again!

Absolutely love this place. These guys are super nice and detail oriented when it comes to making sure you see and understand what’s going on with your vehicle. Customer service is top notch, and they really care about helping the customer, didn’t try to over sell me on unnecessary things. Many services are already included or discounted when bringing in your vehicle for other things. Started going here after the place I previously went was trying to rip me off a couple times.

Came in to get an oil change and treated like family. Offered free services and not the ones that come with oil change. The bottom Covering of my car and the cover of the radiator broke on the highway six months ago and can offer to fix it for free he told me just to go and order the parts on Amazon not only did he stop what he was doing and looked up the pieces on Amazon but he ended up forgetting some thing that he was doing and he continue to help me with my issues with my car on top of that offered to fix my car for free if I just bring it back when the parts come in you don’t see mechanics do that. I like to support my local businesses and have been a customer of Northlake Muffler for many years. Under Midas I wont be back. Im not a mechanic, but do repairs on my own cars and Im more knowledgeable than most people. The basic shop labor rates for simple jobs have skyrocketed into absurdity. My bill was at least 3x of what a regular shop would charge, maybe more and I could have had a full custom exhaust made for the cost of a 1 hour repair. Repair was generally done well, but I found one mistake that needed to be corrected.

Manager Joe priced my Tires ....Had then delivered from his Warehouse within an Hour.....Catered to my Military Discount and had me on my way.....What a great experience from Joe and his Staff...Recommend hands down for Price and Customer Service......

We damaged our wheelchair-accessible minivan and took a recommendation from our dealership to get the exhaust repair done at Northlake Muffler & Auto Services. Wayne and other associates put the van on the lift, diagnosed the issue and explained the exact damage and quoted a very fair price. I was given a call about an hour later that the van was completed, and at a lower cost than quoted. I could not be more pleased with the integrity and expertise of Northlake Muffler & Auto Services. I recommend them 100%.

Sad to say this place insisted I had a bad baffle inside my muffler. After taking my car to my dealership and 2 other mechanics (one of whom specializes in exhaust repair) none stated it was the muffler. It ended up being the right rear wheel bearing. The cost, had I gone with their ‘diagnosis’ would have cost well over $500.00. Always get a second opinion. Buyer beware !!

It is hard to find a shop to trust with my vehicles. After working with Joe Derosa I feel I have found a great place to have maintenance done. He is very straight forward and had an answer to any question or concern I had. I will be returning for sure.

We lucked into having to go to Midas about 3 weeks ago because of loud exhaust. In upstate New York where we used to live Midas has a terrible reputation.I was more than pleasantly surprised when they diagnosed my problem and the repair was done and for a very fair price. What really was the step above was their offering me a ride home and then picked me up so I didn’t ha e to wait.The. I noticed a few days later that they had placed new valve stem covers on the valves. No big deal, but impressive that they card enough to do it.Today they repaired my steering coupler and spark plugs and did a complementary wheel alignment. Their service is really top notch and now Midas in Northlake is our garage.

These guys at North Lake Muffler were EXCELLENT. I was traveling on I95 South from St Augustine and we hit a dead deer in the fast lane. Our muffler was severely damaged and we limped all the way to Palm Beach Gardens. We went to these guys after Pep Boys told us that it would be 3 or 4 hours for a complete turnaround. So, I looked on google and found North Lake muffler. I was in and out within an hour with a complete fix and at a very reasonable cost. Great Service and very professional.....would highly recommend these guys at North Lake Muffler.

I had some work done here and it was a really good place to go. I had them change my muffler out and pipe it back, and they were able to bend the pipe into where it needed to go. My car sounds amazing now. I have already recommended them to a friend!

I recently had this shop do a custom catback straight pipe on my Volkswagen GTI. (Muffler & Resonator delete) The price was decently fair, not cheap, but the end result was well worth it. Anselmo (the owner) did an excellent job fabricating the exhaust system and wasnt in a rush - while John was very patient with me by thoroughly answering all my questions every time I called and he always got me in quickly. Overall an extremely friendly and professional crew of guys who I would recommend to anyone in need of custom exhaust work. Please do yourself a favor and dont go anywhere else!! Now when I start driving my car I dont want to stop because it sounds so perfect!!

I wish I could give them 6 stars. After John, who is an auto wizard, completely rebuilt the exhaust system on our 17 year old Lexus SUV, we were rear-ended and our new beautiful tailpipe was squashed and who knows what else was damaged under there. Rather than taking advantage of the situation, Joe up front and John took pity and tried to make it right - at no cost!! We insisted on paying a fair price for the re-repair, and hoping to get it from insurance. But John is the perfect person to keep our good old workhorse going forever, creating parts if necessary, and more knowledgeable than any mechanic weve used, especially on an older vehicle. Joe is courteous and honest, these guys are trying to build up a new business and Id love to see them succeed here, for selfish reasons. Dont let the nasty reviews on other Midas shops deter you. This place is gold.

Came in with a rattle in the exhaust. They fixed it and had me out of there in less than 45min. Definitely my new muffler shop.

Came in to fix a leaky fuel tank. They replaced the tank but didnt reconnect the fuel gauge. They pointed out that it should not be a big deal since I could use my trip odometer as a fuel gauge instead. I honestly thought he was kidding, but he wasnt. When I asked them to please restore it to the correct working order, they acted like they were doing me some huge favor. Overpriced, poor workmanship, and poor customer service.
