What a great place! If you need a bathroom vanity, these guys have it in stock for immediate delivery! We worked with Chris. I gotta say I was skeptical at first, the72 vanity we wanted, holes drilled in quartz counter top for wide set faucets and choice of knobs. Ordered it on Thursday and it arrived the following Tuesday. Perfect! Everything we wanted and $1,000 less than we were going to spend for a 60 vanity.

We were shopping vanities and other things for three bathrooms as we were remodeling our bathrooms. The sales guy we spoke to, said we would get 10% off the whole order if we bought everything from them, but it would only be adjusted after we paid full price for the first one.We decided to buy all the material for the 3-bathrooms from this place and after buying the first vanity at full price, when we went back for the second bath vanity, the sales person reneged on the promise claiming that shipping prices had gone up so they could not honor the discount.The best part was that we found the same vanities for much lower prices at Overstock.Com and Wayfair.Just disappointing that they would change their mind after we pay full price for the first one in a week.

Im extremely happy with my experience at Royal. Every person I dealt with were not only friendly, but knowledgeable. Customer service after my purchase was top notch and their prices were great.I purchased a vanity, two sinks, two toilets, two faucets, shower hardware and sliding glass shower doors. The faucets and shower are Royal brand and Ive been very happy with them. They delivered my order and rather than just dumping everything by the front door, they brought it around to the back of the house and inside. They were also very carful when handling everything, especially my shower doors. Would not hesitate to refer a friend.

Would Highly Recommend! Great Staff who know their product, Tons of selection and different not the usual stuff you see at the big box stores. We bought our Faucet, Mirror, and Towel Rack there and for our next bath remodel Im going to buy everything there.Originally left this glowing review but now I have to back track. Ordered a towel rack from them and was told 2 or 3 weeks. Its a special order so no refunds. After 2 weeks called to say the bathroom changed and nwo we dont have room for a 24 can we get the 18 so they said we would have to wait for it to come in send it back and get the 18 that will double the time line to 6 weeks. Waited 10 weeks calling every 3 weeks to find out the progress. when I called today was told I was called 3 times to be told it was in (LIE!) So I said which one is it. The 24 that I ordered then I reminded him of the conversation about the 18 and was told that would take another 10 weeks. When I said I would just need my money back then I was told Special Order and was not refundable when I said I need to do it through the credit card company then. He said I was threating him over a god damn towel rack and hung up on me.

Its a hidden gem. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy.

When I was renovating my master bath I searched the big box stores for tubs, vanities, fixtures and toilets. I was able to find things I liked here and there, then I stumbled across Royal Bath Place online. To my surprise it was located close to home so I popped in for a look. WOW! Everything I was looking for all in one place. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Moe (the pro that assisted me) even suggested that I lay in the tub on the showroom floor to check for size and comfort.I was able to pull all of the components for my remodel together in one place. The best part is that renovation didn’t look like every other bath in the county because of the diverse selection and resources that Royal offered. My contractor coordinated with Moe and had everything delivered. This place is truly a MUST SEE if you are looking for anything for your bath.Months after the remodel was done, we needed to change a towel bar. One stop to see Moe. They had everything saved in my history file. Moe was able to suggest several options that worked. THAT IS SERVICE PERFECTION!!!

Chris was very helpful in helping me choose the right tub and filler for my space. I went in with the measurements of my bathroom and he made sure that I picked the right size. We had an issue with the filler hoses that we noticed during install. I called to notify them of the problem and Liam came to my house with the correct hoses that evening, which was helpful since I live in Jensen Beach. I would recommend Royal Bath Place with amazing customer service before and after your purchase.

I live in Utah, so was unable to visit the showroom to see the vanities advertised. The vanity I wanted wasnt available to purchase online, so I phoned and spoke to Chris. He checked with his supplier and called me back. I ended up ordering a different vanity and to be honest I was nervous as the vanities arent cheap!! The vanity didnt arrive on the scheduled delivery date and I phoned and spoke to Moe. He called me straight back and apologised as the courier had transposed two of the digits in my cell phone number. The vanity arrived and I couldnt be happier!! The quality is worth every cent. I did read the negative reviews online BUT my experience was that the customer service was exceptional, the product arrived well packaged and looks beautiful.

Royal Bath is great for any bathroom renovation! I typically use Moen valves or hardware but Royal bath is always my go to for great affordable vanities, and they have some quality hardware that is impossible to beat in price. To make things better Chris is phenomenal at his job, hands down one of the best customer service experiences in the biz. If youre near lake park and doing a bathroom renovation, check them out!

Absolutely in love with my bathrooms. They look so beautiful. We got everything from vanities, toilets, faucets to shower systems and glass shower doors. The service at this establishment is truly focused on customer service and satisfaction. I purchased a toilet about 19 months ago and recently encountered some issues brought this to the stores attention and all staff went over and beyond to find a solution. Today when I arrived at the store and spoke with Moe who apologized for not having the item as the product was discontinued; without ANY reservations he simply stated we will give you a new toilet at no cost and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. He asked if I was able to take the new toilet today, which I was and he had his team placed it in my car. Nice product but TERRIBLE customer service. Extensive delays on orders, corporate customer service, owner or store manager to complain to about the terrible customer service. I will NEVER shop here again so beware.

Though I did not buy anything from this store, I make it a habit of reviewing if someone has given me outstanding service. Chris, whose card says product specialist was very very knowledgeable and, i felt truthful. Chris took a considerable amount of time explaining the differences in some of my needed plumbing supplies, something the elitist stores dont always do. There is plenty of merchandise in this store and there are a lot of different price points. For people who live closer than i do, or are not looking for ultra modern Italian look, I think you should check this out.

The employees are very nice. But beware of what you buy in this place. I bought the Elsa vanity. The legs of the vanity are poorly made.

Terrific selection

Visited the day after Xmas (perhaps a bad day) to buy 2 medicine chests. Was greeted and told there were no Mahogany or Dark wood colored cabinets. I asked if I could order. Sales person said they would check. Never saw her again!! Ordered from Home Depot... not the best experience, but no one was overtly rude. Dont think they were too interested in selling me two medicine cabinets!!

Such an awesome place to go for bathroom items. Team there is very friendly and even allowed me to sit in the tubs to make sure they were big enough for my bathroom lol. The vanity I purchased is beautiful and the quality versus the price is definitely very reasonable.

My husband Bill and I came in over 2 months ago and had the pleasure of meeting the owner Moe.We are renovating our bathroom and after looking in his beautiful showroom we purchased the toilet, shower door, fixtures etc. Moes pricing was exceptional for we had looked elsewhere and again his honesty and being so genuine made the difference. No Stars really. Buyers B E W A R E. They sold me damaged merchandise. When confronted, The sales people that I dealt with were overly rude, argumentative and dishonest. I received No reasonable customer service or support-this includes the owner of the business. They have received their damaged merchandise back but refuse to acknowledge it and will not issue a refund. And they will go to amazing lengths, which include false and slanderous story telling to feel justified about their behavior. BEWARE!

We went into Royal Bath in need of replacing worn out Moen tub fixtures and valves. Instead, Chris N told us that Moen products have lifetime replacement for free. Most places would have taken our money instead!

Bought what i thought was a new faucet discovered it was used as the plumber reported,when we replaced it they gave me incomplete parts told me they would replace it but when i returned they said they couldnt help me....mystified as to how they can conduct business this way.....sold me incomplete and than used parts, twice i had plumber come to no avail ....very disappointing dont trust these people

Stay away!! We ordered a vanity over the phone and the owner himself delivered it. He was adamant about checking the vanity to ensure all was well before he left, however he never took the quartz counter top out of the box ..for my plumber to discover the sink was glued in tge wrong place. The plumber had to make another trip which cost me an additional $200. We called the company and i was told the owner would get in touch with me asap. He never did. I had his cell so called him directly, only for him to hang up in my ear and never get back to me. The staff at the store said they would deliver it the next day so when i asked them to do so the gal who answered the phone said we dont do deliveries today. We drove an hour out of our way to pick up the replacement and all i got was half of the delivery charge back. $35 when it cost me $200 and an hour drive. AND i paid extra for a kick plate. They send me one big long pc to install. So now i have to hire a carpenter. Sucky company with no regard for others and they tell i what u want to hear! Stay clear!!
