This is a good home Depot. Everything is well organized, the staff is super friendly, and they had everything we needed. Im most impressed by the awesome staff and all the wonderful shade trees in the parking lot. Seriously. I was so happy to easily find a shady spot in this Florida heat. It matters 😂😂

This home depot has by far exceeded our customer service expectation. Especially Kay, Fatiman and Gwen were extremely helpful and provided outstanding customer service. We were in dire need of patio furniture and decided to purchase at home depot after going to various outdoor furniture stores to look for the right patio furniture. They were knowledgeable, courteous and rather accommodating as far as delivery. Great job ladies! Home depot where purchasing patio furniture is a pleasure 😉👍 Keep up the good work.

Found what I needed, but I was put to task to do so. Unfortunately they have a little to learn about duplication when it comes to different stores. Like Publix, it would be nice to walk into each one, go to the same place in each store, get what you need and go. Again, got what I need, just took longer than expected.

I had a install their installers wouldnt complete. Now Ive been waiting for 3 months for my money back. Would not recommend any of this process to another human. Seems like they are avoiding my calls at this point.

I went in and found what I was looking for quickly and easily. Upon checkout, the cashier was not only friendly,but smiling. My transaction was part cash and part credit yet went smoothly. I was very happy with my visit.

On yesterday I bought paints with employee Jose in the paint department. He was outstanding. I gave him my samples and they came out perfect. He was very kind and assisted me and my son with everything we needed. 5 stars!!!I want to also say when I checked out cashier Bridgett was very polite and wanted to make sure my son and I found everything we needed. She was very fast in getting us done with the large order of paints we had. 5 stars for her too. I love Home Depot!!!

Tanasha was great! We were headed toward her to ask a question. Usually when you go up to someone they seem like they dont enjoy their job. But Tanasha was very sweet. Even though she didnt know where the item we needed was, she went right away to a coworker and found out. We appreciate her kindness and great customer service

Typical city business. The people working there dont seem to care about their jobs. Customer service is missing and replaced with ATTITUDE if I managed this place that attitude at least 6 employees demonstrated would lead to them finding new jobs. I imagine this same mentality is why they need 2 cops stationed there on a Saturday afternoon. Doesnt feel like a safe welcoming home improvement store.

Its unfortunate that the quality of this Home Depot has significantly declined over the last several years. Some of the floor employees are less than helpful and borderline rude. You should not have to beg and plead to get help to find PVC fittings. I will call and speak to management unlikely start using Lowes for my future Home improvement needs. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

We ordered paint online for pickup - we were in a rush to get my roommates room painted before he left on a trip. Somehow they forgot to tint the paint and another trip back to the store can take -no joke- hours. I called to see if they could deliver the correct paint and take the wrong one back, but they won’t.If it were my mistake I wouldn’t mind making the trip, but they are wasting my time and money because of their mistake and they are a big enough company to correct their mistake on their own dime. Also, I feel like completely forgetting to tint a paint is beyond human error, stretching into pure negligence. I recommend you going someplace else until they can fix these issues.

Customer service reps at the front of the store in Lake Park FL; Lowes are disrespectful to customers and treating me the customer as an intruder and hanging up the phone on me multiple times over the last 2 days. This is to be reported to your #lowes management about your rude and disrespectful employees NIC and Candace. I spoke with Carie your Front end manager of the store who had an attitude with me and still did not resolve the problem for 2 days - I paid for my products to be delivered on Sunday and Carie rescheduled for today Monday. However promises are not kept and my scheduled delivery NEVER occurred; noone showed up between 8am - 12pm today. This is appalling behavior of your Lowes employees and below the belt treatment. I cannot believer your Lowes Store is still operational in business when you are mistreating and turning away your Lowes customers.

The only reason why I’m giving it a one is because the young man who helped me load the pedestal sinks was excellent. However the checkout system is horrible! And there is no communication in the lines if you’re not paying by credit card or debit card! And customers don’t even know which line to stand in after standing in a line for 30 minutes, and I was told that I was in the wrong line because I was not paying by phone so in essence go to Lowe’s

Was here looking for generator for my nephew Im sure it would have cost him more for smaller one so got him a bigger one for the price they would have charged him way more. Disaster areas always takes advantage of people in need of help. Maybe some places should give some away every now an then knowing Louisiana is in the path of storms hurricanes. But hes on now.

Always seems to be kept clean and organized. Easy location to access. Friendly workers. One young man in particular always makes a point to say hi and make your day. I wish I could remember his name. Great young man.

Had great experience this week at Home Depot in Palm Beach Gardens,Fl.Needed help with new doors on Tuesday and again Thursday.Both times Dale helped me out and gave me the solutions I needed.Really appreciate the help and went home and bought HD stock!

Best Home Depot Ive ever been to! Great parking, everybody was super nice and they had real people working the registers!!

One star is too generous! Horrible experience several times! No assistance with online ordering! Never received the ordered item, even when the update said that item is ready for pickup but actually never been delivered... Reordered and again, no track of the item, and again not delivered. For the 6th time checking on item I requested to speak to the general manager and associate called the store manager and he/she said that he/she is in a middle of something! Seriously? Store manger says that when the customer has a repeat issue? No decency to come and talk and at least try to resolve an issue?! Another try was to pick up the item that showed 2 in stock, not 1 that might be display item, and again, I receive a call in an hour or so, and the associate says that they dont have it. During these times when your online service and updates have to be up to par and as efficient as possible, seems like theyre still in slow motion mode where the only answer they give you is call 1-800 number and stand and look at you like youre asking them for a ticket to the moon.

Patrick, a store manager, saved the day, my pocketbook, and my sanity after multiple shipping delays with my order for an emergency bathroom renovation. I had a crew standing by waiting to begin work when I was told the order was AGAIN being held up due to being loaded on a wrong truck...Long story short, I spoke to Patrick over the phone (after trying various other channels over the previous days without great results) and explained my situation. He told me he would have some of his team members load a truck for me personally with my supplies and have them to me within an hour and a half (as opposed to waiting THREE MORE DAYS as I was told originally).The truck arrived at my house about an hour later and the two gentlemen inside were extremely courteous and helpful- even calling my local Home Depot to arrange a pickup for a few items that their store didn’t have in stock.I really, really appreciate the immediate action taken by Patrick and his team to rectify what was starting to become a serious issue in lack of customer service and follow through.Thank you very much Patrick and please thank the two other gentlemen from your team as well!

I love Home Depot I go there every time. The paint options are vast. They have an amazing roof sealer I can mix with water based paint and works very well for my murals. It’s $60 for a 5 gallon bucket. Great prices. The staff is also amazing, always willing to help, I get all my wood and a lot of my materials from there.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. The only reason why this is getting two stars is because the young man working in the garden section is excellent and a few others also. I come to the store often. Finding help is usually pretty difficult. Last time I was there in the lumber section I had asked one of the Reps to help me find something he was playing music loud enough for everyone around him to hear never stop playing music didnt even know he had acknowledged me was looking at his phone looks up and tells me aisle 44 all the way across the store.

I rarely post anything on websites, but am compelled to report how satisfied I am with a purchase I just made. I am going to attempt to attach my orchids to some of my palm trees and went to Home Depot here in Palm Beach Gardens to get some supplies. Fortunately, Michael in the garden department happened to be there and was not only kind enough to suggest what I needed, but went a step further and actually took me just outside and showed me an orchid he had attached to a tree and described exactly how to do it. He was beyond helpful and certainly an asset to Home Depot!

I would like to recognize Pedro 22-21 from the lumber department at this store #220 in Lake Park. I visited Home Depot on Saturday 8/29 with the intention of buying supplies to build a childs desk (since there are none available at this time). I knew the basic materials I needed as well as the dimensions of the wood, but when I got to Lumber I was surprised and a bit overwhelmed to see the large variety available for purchase. Thankfully, I saw a HD employee nearby (Pedro) and I went straight to him. I explained what I was going to build and he so graciously and patiently showed me different kinds of plywood and 2×4s and recommended certain ones based on my needs. Without hesitation he agreed to cut all my wood for me since I do not have a miter saw at home. He took his time and never once did I feel rushed or like I was burdening him. He paid full attention to me as a customer and made me feel like he cared about the project I was undertaking. He cut the lumber to the exact specifications written down and even went over it with me after he finished to make sure he got all the measurements right. He also directed me to the two aisles where I could find the remaining items on my list. Pedro had such a great attitude the entire time, very friendly and kind, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Probably the best experience Ive ever had with a HD employee, and thanks to Pedros dedication towards his customers, my nephew now has a new desk!!

Was at Home Depot this afternoon you need to buy some fertilizer but the area was blocked because they are putting together BBQs so I could not get to the fertilizer I want to go to Southern Boulevard tomorrow there is good the store is doors good I like I like that Home Depot are they busy

Couldnt find someone to get a hedge trimmer down from a elevated shelf. Asked customer service 3 times. Ended up just wheeling the ladder/stair over and getting it myself. Product was as expected.

I was only there less than 10 minutes and had my keys made in and out quick quick good good job

If I could have scored lowered I would have. Terrible service. Tried to buy carpeting. Put up a deposit for the measurement that was to be credited after purchase. Started the purchase because I saw a sign in very big letters Installation Free if meeting cost per sq ft and size of area. I met both requirements. 5 days later the area is measured and then 4 days later I get a call that they are waiting on an installation quote. I question the free install and was told it was only for residential (this is an office) and I should have read the fine print That should have been a signal. 10 days later I did get a quote that was wrong. Somehow wanted to charge me for removing 950 sg ft of flooring in an 560 sg ft area. Math doesnt work and should have been an easy catch. Finally resolved I got another quote again in error. It was was only crediting me only for a portion of the deposit and not all of the deposit as in the agreement. I was told dont worry about it, it will be resolved by the store at purchase. To this point its been 3 weeks so I asked when I could get the carpet and install. Answer was 2-3 weeks after the purchase or a total of 5-6 weeks. Nobody called when they promised to call and all I would get is ambiguous emails. Finally cancelled the order. The ONLY thing they did well was refund my deposit for measurements. I strongly suggest that you do not go to Home Depot for flooring. It will not be a pleasant experience and you will have to check everything to assure no mistakes.

This home depot is always clean and well stocked. Well lit store and helpful staff. Returns are never an issue and the assortment of products is well versed.

If I could give negative stars, I 100% would. Do not even think about trying to buy and have them install backsplash. They contract out, their contractors have zero experience, they do a poor job, you complain, they make you pay for everything all over again, and then it takes MONTHS to get done. I purchased my replacement order in December and it is still not done. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. It. Is. Not. Worth. It.

Disorganized and most staff are poorly trained if trained at all. Definitely prefer Lowes which is a short walk away. I ended up being helped by a customer who knew where the item was while three staff members did not! That is kind of shameful that you think?

Very helpful even when busy

Just lost my business for a few months. Tried to overcharge for a plant, and FOUR very FAT employees told me I just read the sign wrong and they took the plant like I was going to steal it.... I wanted to take it to a better worker who would charge me the right price, as listed on over five signs.Hire better workers, anyone that fat has given up and it will show in their daily work. No offense, just fact, you dont get that fat if you care.

Other customers were more helpful than the staff, if you can find one..

The staff is very professional and very helpful if you ever need anything their mother courteous to help you out make sure you get the right parts. DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR ANY INSTALLATIONS...ESPECIALLY FLOORING THAT USES USIG TO INSTALL!!! I am now on day 5 of a +/- 130 sq ft kids bedroom tile installation. Days 1-3 were a complete disaster in that only 2/3s of the tile was put in, but it most likely has to be torn out because the installer covered the tile, covered the walls, covered my hallway, covered my garage, covered my driveway, and lastly caked the spacing between the tiles with the thin set.Yesterday they finally owned up to their mess and spent an entire day cleaning up the mess. Needless to say, the clean up job was half done and things were still left out after the installer said he had to leave to do some personal things and would not be back until Monday.I have reached out to Home Depot and spoken with @Daphine Velenzia and her response is to wait until Monday. I have spoken with the installation company #USIG, @Chris Aprandini, his response is to wait until Monday. @Anthony Vasquez the store manager will not take my call.This room is my kids room...I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old displaced since Monday and now we have to wait ??? more days for this company that #HomeDepot hires to fix their problem and finish the job.By the way, it took almost 2 months to get an installer to come to the house after they delivered the flooring materiel.IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT HOME DEPOT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!! #homedepot #flooring #customercomplaint #

I had such a problem at this store, even had an old man and employee yelled at me because I was returning my stuff and he was trying to take my stuff to put back on the shelf and I told him 3 times that it was mine and I needed to return it and he helped at me. They also didnt know how to return my stuff. The home Depot in Royal Palm is much better and cleaner store.
