The service was good and timely. They completed my oil change quickly and didnt try to upsell me. My complaint is directed at the front counter staff and their lack of professionalism. They were discussing in a demeaning, mocking manner a customer who had recently had a service completed and was inquiring about his bill. The front counter staff had this conversation while other patrons were sitting in the waiting room. It was discourteous. Sharing this for the benefit of Mullinaxs management team as a teaching moment on good customer service. Also, it was not Luis. He was fantastic. Deserves some positive feedback and probably a raise.

Every time I go here its in and out with no problems or waiting. Ford run Quick Lane Auto Center has been on point and very convenient. I get all my vehicles services here work and personal always happy with the out come and no BS.

After I found the place, which is directly across Northlake, next to the Burger King, it was the most pleasant experience. Professional and friendly staff, not too long of a wait and the chairs were spaced out for social distancing. Happy with the overall experience and would recommend. Prince and Angela were great! Thanks for taking such good care of me and my car!

Well after be a mullinax costumer today we decided move to another Ford dealer, all because the costumer service and quality decreased and decreased... although we made an appointment by phone to maintanance our suv early morning, but surprised after be in a line atvthe dealer somebody said no we change the maintanance area to another place and then they only made tires and oil change service, to verify a/c you need to make another appointment in a few weeks... REALLY??? we arrived at 700 am and after the new update they received the suv at 800 am... 1 hour wasted...and they asked if we want to wait because is quik service... ok how much time? They said 1 to 1 1/2 hour... lol... other appointment??? No, no more... we moved to another ford dealer... bye bye
