HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO REFILLING PRESCRIPTIONS ‼️‼️‼️ I HAVE TO CALL REPEATEDLY TO HAVE THEM REFILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS AFTER THEY TEXT ME TO REPLY YES IF I WANT TO REFILL. I’VE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THIS PHARMACY FROM DAY ONE ‼️I WOULD’NT RECOMMEND USING THIS PHARMACY. THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO FIX SOME ISSUES THEY HAVE GOING ON!!!

Got hung up on after calling to refill a prescription. Never experienced customer service this bad.EDIT: Continued calling until I got another woman. When I mentioned I was hung up on, I was patronized by the pharmacist. Were you being naughty? she asked. Unreal. She initially said they could do nothing but after trying for 10 seconds was able to figure it out. Updated to 2/5 stars for actually being able to get medicine!EDIT EDIT: After being told my prescription was being refilled, I called a couple days later to check if it was ready. Not only was I hung up on AGAIN, but they had done nothing to get the medicine. Back to 1 star. Zero stars should be an option for this place.Safe to say you should never trust this place with your pharmaceutical needs.

I called about a prescription and gave the wrong birthday for my mother. I kept telling the technician which is most likely the girl with glasses and a tattoo on her arm that I picked up medications there the day before, but she kept saying try the Walmart on 45th st. She hung up the phone on me which is so unprofessional. I called back to speak to the Pharmacist and the technician told the pharmacist someone was in the background yelling, that person in the background yelling was my mother who was cramping because her potassium is low. My mother has an unique french last name, so even though I got her Bday wrong she shouldnt be hard to find in the system. Technician also lied That it was me that hung up the phone. I see other reviews on here about customers being hung up on, so I know she is lying. That technician is so unprofessional and rude, I blame the Pharmacist in charge also for allowing the technician to behave in such a way.

I was told to wait 20 minutes then I came back and then told to wait another 15-20 minutes, I waited in line 3 times . First to let them know Im picking up my prescription, then to go over to the drop off window (I have no idea why) I stood there while she typed,then I was sent back to the line to pay for the prescription, and then sent over to the consultation to physically get it in my hand. Very bad process, this was not thought out very well. I spent an hour doing all this . Not happy, I had somewhere to be .

Beetter than CVS Pharmacy. They keep a decent stock of medications on hand to service the needs of its customers with minimal recorders that the customer has to wait on. In the event your particular medication isnt in stock, Walmart pharmacy can tell you when it will be in (which is always faster than CVS Pharmacy) a much shorter wait time. So far any scripts I have submitted for myself or loved ones, can be filled and available for pick-up within the same day. The only con is they could use another employees to help move the line faster, but concerning the number of staff that is generally present, the wait to be service is doable.

Most of people the who answer the phone are rude as hell, on a good day youll get someone with a brain

They only write contact prescriptions for 1 year, most other places are 2 years.

We need medication, plus other things.
