Good store, four stars because they are consistently late with their online orders for sandwiches.

I like that they had different flavors of BAI drink. They had peach, pomegranate, and orange.

This place has the nicest, most well mannered staff of any publix Ive ever visited. Super clean and well organized store. Never understocked. I Have to give the credit to the management. They ultimately choose the employees and have made brilliant decisions on that front. This should be the standard for ANY publix or any other supermarket for that matter. Shopping here is ABSOLUTELY a pleasure.

Ive never has a bad experience at Publix. The associates are always friendly and everyone greets you when they see you. The stores are always well maintained and you can always find good deals.

Convenient to Bellaggio and Vellaggio. Clean, wide aisles, prices are good and many 2 for one items. Has an information eturn desk. often will place your bags in your cart and will put bags in your car if requested.

The meat department and produce section was so neatly organized with lots of fresh selection. Was able to get the items I needed to make a perfect Father’s Day dinner for my husband .

The cashier to the guy bagging my groceries and everyone in between were absolutely awesome .my daughter was happy and I was too

I picked up a custom birthday cake this past Sunday. It was a beach theme quarter sheet vanilla cake, with vanilla custard filling. and it was pure excellence! The cost was reasonable at about $40. It was just freshly made and they had it ready on time. I also bought some reasonably priced birthday balloons that was inflated with helium on the spot with no wait. The assistance from the staff at the bakery and the balloon/flower departments was commendable.

I like this store because it has so many unique items I dont find in some Publix near me. I drive 7 miles out of my way but this particular visit was very disappointing. I visited the day after the sales posted and several items were not to be found in this store. I was also surprised that on a Friday there werent more cashiers available. This store is apparently changing some of the items on the shelfs. the signs have not been deleted or corrected which made it frustrating. I was very disappointed

Uncaring pharmacy. Called the pharmacy to try to get my dad a second covid shot because he had an infection and missed his second dose appointment and now is better. Lady on the phone did not understand anything I said to her told me to make appointment and hung up. Thanks for doing your part in vaccinating the community. Called other pharmacies they were super nice, this one is terrible.

I highly recommend you do not go in and deal with the meat department. I buy a lot of custom order meats that are over $100 I place an order a week before I need it to be picked up every time I go inside to pick up my order they never have it ready. It is so disheartening because I am a loyal customer, but the lack of communication they have is disgusting. I will never ever shop from this Publix again the meat department people are very rude and leave a bad taste in my mouth. When I asked to speak to the meat manager he is never to be found. If I could rate The meat department no stars I really would they do not even deserve one star.

This Publix is medium sized. It was very clean and well stocked. Employees were very helpful. The parking area is a bit small but there is some shade.

How come every time I go to this store no one bothers to help me out with my groceries or even asks? I know this is Publix policy. I have called the store repeatedly to tell them that they need to ask people if they need help but nobody cares. This has been going on for months.

My mother in law is a life long Publix customer.On May 19 My mother in law asked my husband to returns some defective cake (mold) and some meat (discolored ) that was bought 2 days earlier on May 17.My husband presented the receipt and was told that he need the EBT card that was used.My husband asked the manger to return them without the receipt, and issue a credit and he refused. He asked the manger if he did not have a receipt, which he has seen at most Publix a credit is given, again he refused.My husband left the store wondering if he was a white customer f this would have happened.What do you think??

Big improvement in staff, They are all helpful from people who stock the shelves to the bagging people. This person named Presley is always very nice and i like him over other people there because he will show you the isle your product your in and not just tell me a random isle and walk away.

I ordered a couple of cakes from the bakery a week before a party I was hosting. I purchased one half sheet princess style which came out great. The other was a 5 inch red velvet cake. The attendant took my order and said the lead bakery attendant/cake decorator would be in Monday morning and Wednesday and if there were any issues, I would receive a call by Wednesday. I go to pick up my cakes a week later (Saturday). Not having received the previously mentioned call, I was unconcerned. When the attendant handed me the red velvet cake, I questioned its size because it seemed larger than the one I had ordered (5in). It was also not decorated at all. She took it back from me offering to fix it and assured me that it was a 5inch cake that I ordered. I got a few items and came back to retrieve the completed cake. I was met by a new bakery employee questioning if I had checked my phone number on the order. I explained to her that I had and she said “well we called you this morning and left you a message to explain to you that we don’t offer this cake in a 5 inch” and proceeded to explain that if I wanted to take home the cake I ordered, it would be an extra $15. She didn’t offer to honor the price of the smaller cake even though it was publix that made the mistake in placing the order and in not following up by Wednesday. I work all day Wednesday and am not able to access my phone which is why the message was not received. However, my husband did call in the early evening to check if the cake was ready to be picked up and he was told it was without any mention of the hiccup. So I went home without a second cake. Way to drop the ball on customer service!

Shelf’s are bare at times, not very socked at times. This store is not set up like the other Publix’s you have hunt for items. Staff Is friendly, except deli to much talking among employees, store is clean.Paper products are never full.

My first time being in one

I have shopped at this Publix since they opened and have not had a problem until last Saturday 2/23/19 They opened at 7:00 AM. so i thought I would do my shopping early and avoid the crowds. There was only one cashier on duty.. I waited for someone to come to the service counter so i could buy my lottery tickets. Did my shopping and went to the only cashier that was open. The lady who was in front of my had a cart that was over flowing. Went to the service desk and was told to go to Lane#4 that she was not busy. Said she was but got in line. As I only had 5 items I pointed to my cart to the bagging girl and indacatec that I dont need I for the ladies cart was overflowing. She replied that she would take the cart and when she got finished that she couldnt do two things at a time. She misunderstood me but she was very rude with her reply. So much for being nice and shopping early so to avoid the crowds.

I wish i could give this place a 0, the baggers are amazing... but their manager Mark is so rude. My bleach bottle had a little leak and i asked for a new one, and he made such a big deal about it. I feel bad for the employees, he must treat them horrible too. He’s a walking publix ad. Will never come here again!

Employees are super friendly. I shop here often and find shelves are always stocked. They have a good return policy. Long lines at the pharmacy are the only negative. Checkers always are efficient and friendly

Great Publix! Deli food is wonderful, but can take some time! As a tip, I always recommend ordering ahead! They have always had my deli orders waiting in the hot/cold case promptly and I get to walk away snickering at everyone waiting in line. Friendly customer service staff too!

Not my favorite Publix. Honesty, its the closet one but Ill go up or down Lyons Rd to the next closest location. The lines at this location will add an extra 20-30 minutes to your visit. The hot food and sub department is usually understaffed and overworked. Also, the food selection here is always terrible. And, the usually otherwise famously delicious Publix cookies here are overcooked and taste like the baker added contempt to the recipe instead of a pinch of love that all recipes need. Other than all that, yeah sure, its a grocery store, they have stocked shelves.

God forbid i try to cash my work check from a legitimate company THEY dont have enough information about. Now, because i have no bank, i also have no money to take my mother out for her birthday. I cant believe that they still allow employees to stand out in front of the store smoking. Looks terrible from a marketing and branding perspective. But its also equally horrible to make customers walk through that amount of second-hand smoke on a regular basis. Broached this years ago with the manager and corporate. Cant believe they still get away with blaming fears of loading dock shoplifting on allowing this public health hazard. Shame on Publix.

Waited a long time for hotcase item(wings) then treated poorly for asking for wing sauce or blue cheese. Then the lady said they didnt have any.... Its publix somebody is just LAZY. I left with no wings and upset. Horrible customer service

Standing @ customer service behind one woman, returning $202 worth of unopened batteries (all sizes, mostly Ds). You wretched, miserable, inconsiderate, selfish bag! THIS is why the stores cannot keep shelves stocked. Hoarders are all about themselves, not one thought for anyone else....and this hurricane certainly brought out the worst, and thankfully, the best in everyone.

Many items on the shelf have expired, and I found bugs in several boxes of pasta. This place is disgusting, I will never go back. I pointed out the bugs in the pasta (brought them back in plastic bags, so they could clearly see them), and they did not seem surprised at all. Milk, yogurt, and even chicken on the shelves are sitting there past their expiration dates. The fish area always smells bad. I had enough of this place. I am shopping elsewhere and you should too.

I bought chocolate cake frosting here today, came home and when Ive opened it found out that the original seal was missing and someone had already eat a few spoonfuls from the container. Probably someone returned it and the Publix employee put it right back to the shelf afterwards. This is beyond disgusting, my family and i wont ever shop here again.

Neat, clean, helpfull staff. Has restrooms. It has handicapped parking and is handicap accesibie. It also has handicap motorized carts.

Nice store but the deli is terrible. Not sure whats going on here because the store isnt as busy as other stores but they are terrible and unorganized in the deli. Worst publix deli Ive ever been to. Ive been here multiple times over the course of months and its always the same, not just one bad experience. Management is failing at this store.

After standing at the deli where I was the only person waiting for 10 minutes not one person even acknowledged I was standing there 6 deli people acting like they We r busy, but they were just coffee clutching. WORST management at this publix. The salads in the cold case all had rotten lettuce.Made me very sick! The rudist staff of any publix, as this is not the first time I have had this rudeness here. Btw it was Saturday Dec 15th at 1 so you know who to fire!

I dont understand how this publix only has two registers open, if you go on a weekday at 5pm its a zoo and the saddest part is that Im sure theres people that are willing to work and all the registers are closed except for 2 one 10 items or less and a regular one. The lines are out of control.

Deli section needs a lot of improvement, if youre hungry dont go to that publix, the wait is horrible.

Its a nice publix but the service is horrible, especially in the deli. Every single time I have gone there to get a sub the ladies there are rude and are lazy. They cant take a simple order and lie about certain things being available when I can clearly see that they are there. Ive mentioned these issues to the manager and nothing has changed. Its close to the house but I will drive out of my way from now on because of how horrible the service is.

Horrible service. I asked for a philly cheese steak, they refused to cook the veggies and roast beef but still charged me for a philly. I asked a girl in produce if the juice I buy is still 2 for 8 she said yes, at the checkout it was 7.49. When I told the cashier I didnt want the sandwich and that the juice was the wrong price, she was rude, then the bagger chased me down and started questioning me about why I wouldnt buy the sandwich. I explained to which he replied, its hot. Sorry but I know the difference between toasting and cooking. Not paying for something done wrong.

I went this morning to buy bread And I try to pay it st costumer service because was only one item, and was treated very disrespectful, and she reminded me not to ever do it again, the funny part is was not people at all, was only me and an other lady, I don’t think I’ll b back there, I prefer to drive fatty were I’m treated with respect 8/29:19
