She kept saying it’s not out here, it’s not out here & another lady actually came in & said it’s in the back, grabbed a cart herself & went to get it. NEVER AGAIN.

As a Hispanic, I find these supermarkets to be convenient, reliable, Service is very good, prices are reasonable. The food at the restaurants is always plentiful. I dislike the fact that no one can leave the store unless their receipt is checked. Legally speaking, once I have paid for the merchandise, The merchandise is mine and not El Bodegon. In my opinion It sends the wrong message. That Hispanics/Latins cannot be trusted. There’s food for thought for the owners.

It is always a pleasure to shop here. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is kept spotless and well stocked considering the times we are all experiencing.

This review is not about the groceries, it’s about the little “Restaurant” inside. I do not recommend! My parents used to go here about 10 years ago and back then, it was good food. I was not impressed this time around! I ordered a bandeja el bodegón (like bandeja paisa) which is my wife’s favorite with an extra piece of chicken. The carne asada was paper thin and extremely dry. The chicken was still a little juicy but slightly burnt on the outside. Everything was bland. The sausage was perhaps a little undercooked. The best part of that dish was the plátano maduro and the little hot salsa they make. I did try a Jamaican beef patty which was pretty good, but I do t think they make that in house. NEVER GOING BACK!

First time visiting this location and I loved it. It is the biggest bodegon that I have visited and the costumer service is exceptional. We tried some bread at the bakery and the lady helping us was very sweet and made very good cafe con leche for us.

I encountered the most horrible customer service experience and scam when I went to this store to buy T-bone steak. It happened this kind of meat cut was on sale and the weekly special indictated the price per pound was $3.99. I requested to have 7 steaks of 1 1/2 inches from the wide part of the T-bone steak. To my surprise, I was advised by the meat manager and the store manager that I have to take whatever piece they can give me and not what I want my family to eat and enjoy. Instead, I was told by both managers that I had to pay $5.99 per pound. Despite the fact, the weekly ad has no indication that if one chose an specific part of meat on sale the price changes. In closing, if you enjoy cooking for your family what you love and want, this not the store to go to. There, you will eat what it is covinience for management and staff. In addition, you will be a victim of Bodegón false advertising and pay almost double for items that are on sale. Do yourself a favor do not spend your money shopping at this Bodegon location.

This place is more than just a Latin-themed supermarket where you can find your grandmas (or moms) favorite ingredients for their staple dishes, but it also has a restaurant and a bakery. The restaurant has authentic well-known dishes such as sancocho, arroz con gandules, arepas with cheese, and great coffee made from freshly ground beans. The bakery has the famous tres leches cakes, flan, pan de bono, all just too yummy for one stop. Treat yourself to this or any other El Bodegon. Its quite the experience.

Came in to get warm tortillas, literally asked 4 employees NONE knew were I can get them until I finally asked a cashier where can I get some warm freaking torillas, she said any cashier.
