So, I called and was able to come in immediately which was really convenient. Marc was the tech that helped me. It was overall really great service. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. The fix was quick, efficient, and my phone looks brand new! Definitely recommend. The price was right too and quality screen repair.

I had an issue with my pixel 4a camera. Google honoured the warranty, and ubreakifix offered onsite same day service to fix. I brought it in during the afternoon, and it was fixed the same day with no cost to me. Im very happy with the service provided.

They were professional and convenient until I asked them to honor their warranty. 30days after they replaced my pixel4a5g screen the adhesive failed and the screen became damaged. They blamed operator misuse and refused to fix as their warranty suggested. I first thought I could recommend but not I say you are rolling the dice with them. I’d go to a different location if I was forced to use them again. Google store accepted my phone and fixed it so I’ll do it that way if I need to again.

Marc was super busy with other phones when I showed up at 5:30pm, knowing he closed at 7. He said if I didn’t mind waiting, he’d get it done by 7:30. Didn’t mind, he was helping me out big time. Finished at 7:30 and didn’t rush me out, made me check to make sure everything worked properly and it all did. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

I had unfortunately broken my Samsung Galaxy S10 and about to fly out of state. Not only was the staff very helpful they were able to fix my broken screen in under two hours. What had really interest me is that the replacement pieces not only were new however Samsung products. The gentleman that took care of me was thorough in explaining why there pricing may vary from other places. He made sure I was getting the best value for my purchase between my repair and getting the necessary accessories so I didnt have future damage to my phone. It was nice of him to show the the quality difference in the glass I was getting since I had to replace my glass twice from another shop after dropping my phone once and it shattering. The accessories and repair he did makes my IPhone look brand new. I was feeling pretty bad about the look of my phone but now it nice and shiny. Phone was broke and went to get it fixed. Got the case and screen protector. Dropped it front a foot high and screen cracked and turned green. Went back and paid the full 230$ again. Then 2 days later the same thing. I have went 3 times in the past month and have paid over 500$ and it is STILL happening. Would never recommend to ANYONE. They should be out of business!

Seems to be a simple way to get your HP laptop repaired by under warranty without packing and shipping to HP yourself.

I bought a Samsung 2 weeks ago and the power cord just never connected right. It felt weird plugging in to the phone. Then I couldnt plug it in the phone at all. Ran up to Metro where I bought it and they said it wasnt covered under warranty. Came to uBreakiFix and Mark C grabs my phone and a little tool and BAM!!! FIXED IT. Mark C absolutely crushed it. Great guy. Professional. A technical wiz bang!!! Dont get rid of a phone with an issue until u bring it here.

They told me the price to fix my phone was $199 and repairs would take two hours, they then wanted to charge me $241 and took two days to fix the phone. They never told me any of this over the phone or email, so they made me come back to the store three times to figure this all out. They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or misunderstanding. I usually dont leave reviews on places, and feel bad doing this during the pandemic, but they did an exceptionally poor job here.

Run. Far. Away. This kid (yes, hes a kid) that is one of the owners has absolutely no idea how to deal with customers. Rules of business; Dont BS your customers. Dont get egotistical about being an owner. Its a rented office/franchise, sit down bud. He might be really good at repairs - but so is every other iPhone fix store Ive ever been to. Customer service (as you can read in other reviews) is VERY poor at this location as compared to others. Spend the extra 30 minutes driving to another location, you wont regret it. Also theyre prices are higher than other stores around. Looking forward to your reply.

The guy at the front desk quoted me the incorrect price repeatedly. I checked the website, showed him website, and he still tried to charge me $169 instead of $109. I called the Boynton Beach location and they quoted me the correct price. Save your time and go elsewhere. The front desk guy needs to learn some manners and not just assume the customer is always wrong.

I had them install a screen protector, because it takes me about 40 minutes to do it without trapping dust on my own. They quoted me $5 over the phone, they charged me $5 when I arrived, and they had it done pretty much perfectly in less than 5 minutes. They also had me inspect the work before paying.

I dropped my phone off around 3pm and was told to pick it up at 6pm, I needed to have my screen fixed. The guy was not professional or nice at all, I got there at 6:05 and i was told it was going to take another 10-15mins because there was an issue with the screen, I live 25mins away so I waited outside the store. When I went in, he handed me the phone and didn’t tell me anything, didnt explain anything.... didn’t offer me another screen protector. I had to ask if I could purchase one. Once I got home the phone was acting up and the screen started glitching, I had to contact my service provider and they have to now replace my phone. I wasted my money on a screen protector.

Took my S7 edge in and they fixed with no problem. They also have a great protection plan that gives me peace of mind if I ever drop my phone again. Great guys, highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. I left my phone there and they told me 2 hrs, and it took them 5 days and still didnt fix my phone. Everyday was a different excuse and it would never get it done so i ended up taking it to another place.

They definitely do not use OEM parts. I gave them my iPhone XR to replace the front glass and installed it incorrectly. When the employee gave me my phone back, I noticed that the screen wasn’t installed properly and he was like “ohhh wow thanks for noticing that I didn’t even see it” . He brought it into the back of the store and gave it back with the screen appearing to be installed correctly. Later it showed that the screen popped out again. Argued on the phone with another employee from the same store who was very rude. Brought it to another uBreakiFix store in Fort Lauderdale and they said the lake worth store had used an incorrect screen or installled it incorrectly. They weren’t able to fix the screen or replace it. Will never use this place again. big scam

I can see why this location now gets lower ratings than others. Must not want any customers because they definitely dont try to help. I went once a while back and the guy was awesome but I just tried to get help today and all I got was Oh the system says we have the part but we dont have the part ...let me call you back in 5 minutes ( never calls back).....I called back oh no we dont have it .....thats it?Other locations let you know they can order it, how long it will take, what you need to do beforehand, how much it costs.Maybe you all need new representation here because thats not customer service. If you have a smartphone with issues. Here is the place. My S9+ is unlocked, but wouldnt except the new carrier. Samsung told me about uBreakiFix. I dropped my phone off, went to firehouse subs for a sandwich. 15 minutes later the phone was ready and working great. I would give 10 ☆ if at all possible.

Very Upset .First found this place by calling around to find the best price for iphone 6 plus screen repair,a young man stated it would be 100.00 which I told him no thank you I seen an add on Offer up someone charging $60.00 so he agreed to doing it for $60 with 90 day warranty. I went to their Lake Worth Location they fixed my phone, in about 1 hour,Meanwhile another costumer walked in and they charged for the same iphone 6 plus screen repair $100 for him,Proving they chose what amount they charge people. Not even 1 month later i called, my phone fell once face up in a case and the corner phone screen cracked when I called they stated that the warranty covers defects not screen repairs not screen replacements. Unbelievable how they charge so much money and not cover screens for 90 days.I am beyond pissed I would have paid 80.00 at another agency with Tempered glass and warranty, If They would have been cleared on the warranty not covering screen repairs.

I didnt get tablet fixed there... Why you ask? You lose all credubility when instead of talking to the customer about the fix, you disappear in the back with the device for 5 minutes (leaving the customer alone) to talk to a manager. Then come back with a ridiculous price for the fix and too many excuses to discredit the customer. That will teach me a lesson for next time...

Buyer beware! The store is not backed by corporate and does not honor warranty repairs. Then offered to replace the failing screen for another $200. Go get your phone screen repairs done elsewhere.

They order cheap flimsy knock of screens that break just trying to putting a glass screen protector on. Never broken a screen before this because I am very careful with my phone went to put a glass protector on after getting screen replaced and the screen splintered while just trying to adjust the protector. Then they dont care enough about their customers to do anything when you go to them with the issue. I should have checked the reviews before I bothered to waste $100 just to have to replace it again a day later.

I took my Samsung 5 into the store because it was no longer charging -- the connection between the charger and phone had become misaligned. They were able to fix it within a day or so (installed a new receptor for the charger) and it has worked perfectly ever since (at least 6 months). They were really friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable. Thank you everyone!An update from April 2017 -- uBreakiFix is the greatest! I was once again having problems with my Galaxy (at least 2 years old now) and they immediately diagnosed it (not charging me a dime), saying it was probably the battery and where I should go to get another one inexpensively -- I did that and its like new! I hope everyone will use their services.

I called 5 days in a row to get my screen replaced and they kept saying we have to order it to call next day, I called the next day, they still never got it, I never got a called from them at all saying they ever got it, I feel like I was bothering them. this store sux! I called the store in PBG and they ordered my part came next day, took phone in and done the same day... thats how a store should treat ppl not this one.. these ppl are rude and dont care..I will never go there or tell anyone to go there...

Just called to find out if they were able to help fix my boyfriends phone and the lady that answered was very bland and short. I told her what the issue was and exactly what needed repaired and she goes well I could do a diagnostic on it and see whats wrong. so I again let her know what the issue was and she rudely goes well we dont even have parts for iPhone 7s ssoo... I asked her if she knew somewhere that did and she said no and hung up. Not a great first impression.

The other day, I cracked my screen and lcd and called several ubreakifix stores in my area but no store had my parts in stock.. Around 6pm I called the Lake Worth store and spoke to Drew and he said he had my parts in stock so I asked if I could swing by even though they closed at 7 and I live in Delray. He said sure, as long as youre here before 7. I drove straight up and he fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes... He was super friendly and informative.

The glass screen of my Surface Pro 3 broke. They said it would be easy to fix and $340. I put a $200 deposit down and they ordered the screen which took about 4 days to arrive. When I dropped off my laptop I was told it would be done later that afternoon. After installing the screen they could not get my laptop to work and initially thought it was my battery so the next day I dropped off my charger. I found out later that was not it either. Days passed and I never received follow up calls to find out what was going on. I was always having to call to see what was going on. They ultimately had to send it out to someone else to look at and repair, and took over 2 weeks. Apparently they had to order another part that was broken, presumably by them when they were replacing the screen. The person who rang up my order gave me $30 off of my bill for the inconvenience. WOW how generous. His internet was down so he could not give me a receipt but would email one to me later that day. Do you think I received it ? Nope. To add fuel to the fire, there was a micro sd card that I had in the back of the laptop that I cannot find and the company has denied all responsibility for it being gone. Even though they sent the laptop out to someone else, and who knows how many hands were touching it. I wanted to give this company business because it is fairly new and I try to support local businesses. Big mistake. Poor follow up and customer service, unable to repair what I am told is a simple repair for a computer shop, breaking a part in my computer that had to be ordered, over 2 weeks of waiting, losing an sd card. I cannot imagine this business staying around too long.

A few days ago, I spilled coffee down my keyboard, and was dismayed to discover it no longer worked. I took it to uBreakiFix in downtown Lake Worth expecting a bad outcome...a very expensive repair or a computer broken beyond compare. I was in for a pleasant surprise. Repairman Aldino told me it was probably a simple fix, and in all likelihood, would be ready in a couple of days. It was actually ready the next day, and the repair was EXTREMELY reasonable. Great place to take your phone or other broken electronics. Joanne at the front desk kept me informed about the status of an ordered part. After the part came in it was, about a 90 minute wait to get it installed - but unfortuately the part didnt fix the problem. I was ready to pay for the labor ... but I found out to my surprise that the company policy is if we cant fix you dont pay. Gawd, I wish the car dealerships had that policy!I also experienced the owner Mark tell prospective customers to not have any work done because itd be a water of good money, and tell another to take it back to the phone dealership since they could fix the problem for free. An ethical businessman for a change!Highly recommended.

Sure they offered me a decent deal that surprised me. $60 for a new iphone 5s screeen? Yeah ill take that. I even left a 5 star review that day they fixed it in 1 hour. Within 2 days the touch screen began acting up horribly. Then the battery life was cut in half and would die on 50-60%. It will work fine one minute then the next is totally unusable and frustrating. He said they use the quality replacements. Heeeellll no they dont. A friend of mine went back 3 times to get his iphone fixed there. Like i said good price for a bad fix. Good service but they they know they are not using good parts. Maybe spend double the amount on screens and get better quality. Id suggest you go to a verizon whatever carrier you have and having them fix it good for double the price. You get what you pay for.

My experience was great at first but boy was i in for a suprise, i recieved my phone in great working condition and then the next day the screen was black and changing colors. So i sent the company this email and have not recieved a answer back. Also i sent them pictures of my phone screen in perfect condition but with all the colors showing from damaged lcd i assume. Now on my way to go to the store i barely dropped my phone in my otterbox defender case and the screen exploded like the most fragile thing ive ever seen. Now im screwed due to physical damage not covered in the warranty. My phone went into this store in better condition than it left this store after 1 day and 1 night. This was the email they have not replied to,Well, the other day i broke my Galaxy S6 active and started looking around to find anyway possible to have it repaired. The screen was cracked from the fall but the LCD display was fine. So i finally was researching and came across your company. It sounded to good to be true because everywhere i had called said they would not repair this model of phone. So I decided to go in to the Lake Worth ifixibreak and give them a try. The staff there are so so. After talking to the technician for alittle and he told me the repair was around 250$ i heistated because past expriences with iphone repair stores just not being a good service. He sat there and showed me the screen and how it was exactly the same as the original one i had. I left my phone and returned to pick it up and found my phone looked and preformed great. I used it all the next day and then the next morning the problems started... after i took my phone off the charger in the morning i noticed the screen one the bottom had a large line appearing and also was making weird colors. As the morning went on the whole screen started to go black almost 75% of the way. I was so disappointed i had driven all the way from jupiter to lake worth to pay 250$ to just have my phone end up worse than it was. The screen does not have a crack in it and now my LCD is already broken.. i keep my phone in a otterbox defender i dont see how my LCD could be broken other than my screen was installed wrong and caused my original LCD to break. I hope there is a way to figure something out here because I am upset I wasted 250$ to make my phone worse than it was before. Please let me know if there is anything you can do.Thanks again,Zach
