Best service I have ever had at any AT&T store today!!! Both gentlemen were extremely nice and helpful! I bought a screen protector and he even took the time to put it on for me perfectly!!! Definitely recommend this location!!!

After countless hours on the phone and in person at other ATT stores as well as the apple store, Carlos at this particular ATT store was the only one who stepped up and with great commitment, resilience, and patience was able to resolve my issue. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and someone I can trust; and his service exceeded my expectations beyond belief. I highly recommend this individual. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

The technicians seamlessly transitioned all of my data, apps, everything… to my new device. I am extremely grateful.

Very disappointed with the service in this AT&T store, the guy that was helping me to upgrade my phone didn’t know what he was doing, the next day after purchasing a new phone I went to the store to return my old phone he said that I wasn’t able to upgrade because I will need to open a new account at the end I returned the new phone and never again I will step in this store. I talked with the manager and she said she couldn’t help me, a very rude manger.

I was having some issues with my old number and new phone and Carlos did an excellent job at helping my problem get resolved. He even stayed after hours along with one of his team members until we resolved our issue. 10/10 recommend coming here for any issue you may need to get resolved!

All around great service! Carlos researched every discount possible to give us the best deal. The store was clean and both Carlos and Darul were patient and courteous. They even stayed after hours to make sure we were satisfied. And Darul meticulously installed our screen protectors with surgeon-like precision! Great experience!

The customer service here is unbelievable! In switching my service to AT&T, things got messy and I had a lot of issues arise... I went to another AT&T store location for assistance and they were unable to help me, but they. sent me to this store for further assistance. It was a very painful process and took hours to fix the issues, but Dural was a rock star! He was very patient and did all that he could to get things taken care of. I am so grateful!!

I had the best experience I’ve had in a long time with customer service Dural K. Was especially attentive to all of my needs I am not very tech savvy he helped me with everything because my brand new phone malfunctioned not only did he help me but he stayed after hours trying to call everywhere so I could get it fixed ASAPEveryone should be so lucky to have such a great employee as Dural😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

I just bought a new iPhone at AT&T. A wonderful experience! The tech took care of all transfer from my old to my new iPad. Several agents were so helpful, in choosing the phone, setting it up, putting on a screensaver and suggesting a place to purchase a cover. I would go there for all my iPhone needs.

Jaylyn helped us swap our accounts from Verizon. Verizon was being difficult, however he was persistent. (We wanted to keep our numbers.) It was the end of the day and he was super helpful the entire time.

In the hours it says that this store opens at 10:00 am and I have been waiting 25 minutes for them to open and they still do not open the store.

Id give negative stars if I could. Staff didnt know a thing and miss informed us on several different things, which ended up costing us money. Do yourself the biggest favor and GO TO A CORPORATE LOCATION. Service is night night and day. Almost left AT&T cause of this location.
