They always have my favorite flavor of ice cream.

I am disappointed at the service we received. I do understand 11 oclock at night is kinda late. But I would enjoy polite service. The person who took our order was impatient and inconsiderate. We asked questions and she didnt seem to understand us and care. As well the menu needs a refresh as much we wanted to order was not available at this location.

The owner of this place should have better management skills and assign more team members for a busy weekend.We had to wait about 20 minutes to get 1 coffee and 1 ice cream.The team members looked unhappy and mad at the same time. I dont blame them.But it is sad to go buy coffee and get all that negativity + bad customer service.To the ownwer: a good business means investing in your crew.The food was good the service was poor.

I drove here just for the banana split and when I got to the place they told me they didnt have a banana split, they didnt have ice cream cones either. The flavors are very tasty but they do not have caramel or strawberry.

Horrible. Ask for non-dairy and Spanish kid had no idea if they had it or not. Lake Worth & West Palm Beach are both the worse and they lie. They only there for a paycheck. If the staff dont care, than the owner doesnt care either. Bad business and that gives a bad reputation for this so called 24hr shop. Not a happy customer. We drove to both and got the same reaction, very dead and poor energy. What is wrong with the world today? I dont even want to give a 1 star.

Friendly service however they sadly do not accept coupons.

I had an issue with a cake I ordered online the owner called me to see ask what happened and said she would make things right. I went to the store and Jay the manager was very helpful, polite and took care of me. I will definitely be giving them another shot...great customer service!...which can be hard to find these days.

Ive had both good and bad experiences here, overall a pleasant experience and I love the icecreams (almond fudge is my favorite)

Just left here I ordered a butter pecan milk shake and a warm brownie ... milk shake wasn’t good at all very runny and didn’t have a ice cream taste very watery taste I returned at the window, and also pricey... I bit the brownie didn’t settle well with me it went into the trash.

Very poor customer service is probably due to high turn over of teenage employees who dont care. Sara who was working drive through today needs training on how to scoop a proper scoop of ice cream. She also didnt know how to process a coupon which I presented in print and also showed her on my phone. Please hire qualified adults who are trainable.

I love the ice cream! I also love that it’s connected with Dunkin Donuts too. The place is pretty nice. I like to selection of ice cream flavors. Kinda don’t like that they charge by the scoop but it’s ok. The scoops are pretty big anyway.

At the time of visit, everyone was very professional and the store was kept well as with their bathroom (ladies). Coffee was good and one has to take in consideration that they have a high volume of customers in the store and through the drive-in. The ice cream is Baskin-Robbins, what more can one say of that, delicious.

Long wait for service and they took a guy who came in after before me... typical. Once that was over, decent service and the ice cream was delicious.

Great selection of ice cream cakes. The Dunkin Donuts products were fresh. All with fast and friendly service. Was out of the way for us, but the only BR with that many cakes to choose from.

The night manager tonight threatened my boyfriend and I at the drive thru (well tried to, but we weren’t scared).The story starts with the lady taking our order. We wanted two Oreo ice cream sundaes and asked that they added peanut butter cups to it as well. Easy right? The lady taking the order asked me to go ahead with ordering, and she forgot to turn her headset off, and we heard her having a side conversation with someone else. Then asked us to repeat the order. Cool. Not going to stress about it. I repeat the order. *hears side conversation again* she asks us to repeat a second time. Alrighty! No problem, it’s Friday night! We get to the window, 10 minutes later they hand us THREE sundaes, 2 were Oreo sundaes with hot fudge and the other sundae had vanilla ice cream and peanut butter cups. There were three visible staff members when they handed us the sundaes, when I looked into the window to get their attention, they looked right at me and walked away. So we waited. The manager finally comes to the window and proceeded to tell us we didn’t know how to order. We tried to explain to him what we wanted and he said “you guys don’t know what you want.” At that point, the only civilized thing I could do was ask for my money back. He gets the cash and goes to hand it to me and pulls it back and says “I’m going to give you your cash back, but first I need an explanation for this because you’ve held up my drive thru line.” (I’m sorry... what?). My boyfriend was kind enough to try to explain AGAIN what we wanted. The manager literally responds with “you guys don’t know what you want and don’t know how to order, stop yelling!” (... huh?) when I tell you my boyfriend and I were baffled, we were freaking baffled. No one was yelling. I repeat no one was yelling. It’s ICE CREAM. We literally do not care that much, but he asked for an explanation so we tried to explain again lol. So I respond and say, we are not yelling, you are in fact yelling. His response was, “ohhh you don’t want me to yell.” (Bye!) I may or may not have told him he was ghetto before driving off. Still shocked that he was that upset about ice cream. All he had to do was add peanut butter cups to the sundaes. I think we have PTSD from ordering ice cream.

Skimped on my banana split. Barely any ice cream. A super small banana and empty space of whip cream barely any fudge and tooo much pineapple preserve! Sad experience:(

Very accommodating girl staff. They were really patient with my mom that is a senior lady and very slow.

I ordered two regular sized Oreo parfaits, $2.59 each. The girl behind the counter seemed bewildered by my request at first, so I showed her the item on their menu board, and described it to her. She made my items. When we went to the register, the price was nearly double what it was supposed to be. When I brought it to her attention, she informed me that they were not parfaits, that they dont even serve parfaits, but instead she had made something called a 31 Below, which was not even on the menu. She had not told me she was making something other than what I ordered, or that it was a different price than what I wanted. None of the 3 girls behind the counter was able to help resolve the issue of her making me something I did not order, and in the end, I had to only take one of the items, as I was not prepared to pay double the price I was expecting. When I asked for a manager, I was told that there was not one there.Sad customer service. I will not be back.

This is the third time I have gone for ice cream and everytime they dont have marshmallow topping for a sundae so I left again. I should learn and not go back.

If theyre was a no stars they would get it. We just waited 30 minutes at the register with no service!!! They walked by and ignored us while we waited for them to take our order. We finally walked out after 30 minutes with no ice cream... do not go here if you actually want too eat ice cream in a timely fashion!!!!

I hate the customer service so bad they take 8-10 minutes to get my turn and there is only 3 pepole in line also 2 minutes to give me my ice cream and the munchkins were hard thats why i only go to marks ark office depot and family dollar in that plaza i rely on them only a 4 minute drive and homeless pepole playing chess there and where im sitting a car pulls up and the light gets flashing in my eyes and theres junky cargo vans that creep me out ugh im tired of it here no star 0/5 soon you are going to get shut down by the food inspector services oh my gosh.

This place is disgustingly dirty and unkempt. The prices on the menu board are just for show. The prices ring up considerably higher at the register. When the clerk was questioned about the difference, her attitude was terrible and stated the management decided to raise prices, take it or leave it. We left it and will never go back.

Neat little place for donuts and iced coffee! Its small so it tends to get crowded fast.

They service was great, but i saw some roaches and family members on the bottom of the counters.. maybe with a lil bit of cleaning with bleach on the floors and window ...especially the corners of windows and floor..

Hot girl but horrible service AND didnt even tell us they didnt have the right ice cream they just gave us the wrong one. They also just gave us the wrong food. Awful service after midnight dont go.
