Awesome Carvel with friendly staff. The owner never smiles, so I am on a quest to understand how you cannot smile while working in an ice cream shop...especially a Carvel...lol

Excellent ice cream. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. Being from Michigan and finding a Carvel made my trip better since we dont have them at home. Highly recommend.

Very unhappy with this experience. Called to ask a question beforehand and the customer service was so-so. Arrived in store to meet a very unpleasant older man behind the counter who fulfilled my order. Ordered a shake that was watery and $2 more than the price listed on a CBS article. Apparently franchises can charge what they wish, but almost $7 for soupy ice cream was unacceptable. On top, wouldnt get an extra spoon when I asked because it was a promotional spoon; give me a break. Will never be back again. I would suggest reasonable prices, more welcoming service, and making quality items.

Honestly so disgusting everything looked watery. I gave it benefit of doubt and it was so disgusting it tastes like straight water / milk. I threw it out right infront of the woman’s face she still charged me and gave me a face and basically made ir a problem bc I didn’t like the ice cream so I threw it out. I don’t care if I have to pay these broke people but I’m not gonna eat something that’s not edible. Disappointed.

Carvel soft vanilla ice cream is absolutely, hands down THE BEST ice cream. They put the cream in the ice, no kidding. The vanilla swirl is creamy and scrumptious. You havent lived until youve tasted Carvel soft vanilla ice cream!

This very well could be the worst Carvel I’ve been too. I believe you either don’t maintain your equipment or put water in your ice cream but there’s a big difference between your store and others. The empire very nice but you can tell there’s a problem with product

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED ABOUT TONIGHTS EXPERIENCE...THE SERVER WAS RUDE..SHE COULD NOT GET OUT ORDERS CORRECT.... AND THERE WAS A MOM WITH 10 KIDS WHO ONLY 4 WERE WEARING MASKS!!!! THE OWNER SERVED ALL OF THEM AND SAID NOTHING!!! WHY HAVE A SIGN POSTED ON THE DOOR IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ENFORCE IT...UNFREAKING BELIEVABLE!!!

They did an amazing job on a custom cake. I used their photo option to apply a picture from the internet and it came out perfect. It was an uncommon theme that I could not otherwise find in stores. The cake was a hit! Thank you!

Server was great man with a perfect knack for applying fairy dust ! 😁 We really enjoyed the great ice cream that only Carvel serves !

Quick service, great ice cream

I was so disappointed last night that they ruined the delicious soft serve by adding so much air to the ice cream that it tastes like a total different product! My cone was weightless & it had so much less taste than it usually has! We have been going here for ice cream every weekend. I told the manager that it did not taste the same & he just didn’t care.

Best place for ice cream with the best prices. It’s also really clean, I’ve never been to an ice cream place where it was so clean. Also, the fudge is actually hot unlike the other places. You won’t regret coming here

My family and I love all their flavors. If you want a really thick and delicious milkshake its definitely the place to go. Theyre generous on their toppings which is great because I like a nice heaping of cookie dough on my sundae. Theyre one of the few places left that serve wet walnuts and my aunt and mother just love them! We frequent Carvel. Coupons for here are easy to find. Try their ice cream sandwiches they are super yummy!

Its a good example of the plain and simple Carvel. There are freezers w/ cakes and bulk packed flying saucers, etc. The standard, delicious soft serve and a couple of showcases/freezers of many interesting and tasty hard pack Ive cream.

The staff is always really nice because I’m picky with doing half chocolate half rainbow sprinkles. My favorite place to go for dessert.

I could have never thought that a friendly place like Carvel could be so unwelcoming, and low level. The rudeness by the owner, and his racist remarks to individuals such as myself and my Asian friend are unparalleled to what we have ever experienced in such places. I truly feel sorry for anyone who comes here, and i wish he was somehow discharged of his position.

Absolutely the worst treatment I have ever received at an establishment. If I could leave zero stars I would. The owner is very rude and sarcastic. To top it off he is one of the most bigoted and racist individual that I have recently encountered. Due to me being an ethnic individual, he could not speak or even meet my eyes while serving me. Everyone please save your time and money AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Also, the ice cream is not that great and it was melted by the time I walked out of the doors (Cold Stone Creamery is the best, and it is less than a mile away; plus their service is far superior). Again, if you’re speding your money, go to an establishment that appreciates your hard earned cash.

We ordered a birthday cake online a week and a half in advance. When we came in to pick it up at the designated time, the staff treated us like we were crazy. After showing them the order number, they realized they never made the cake. We were given an attitude and a disingenuous apology. Our birthday party was ruined and our five year old cried all night long. They wouldnt even give us a discount and treated us like it was our fault that they never made the cake we ordered.

It was almost $10 for 2 medium ice cream cups and I wish they would have more soft serve ICE cream choices
