Did not specify that they automatically give woman who order shirts a women’s shirt. I made a complaint hoping that they could fix the issue but I got a sarcastic rebuttal in return. I am highly upset, she doesn’t know my situation to just disregard my issue. Poor customer service…

I received a test of my logo after digitized and was impressed with the digitizing quality and thread count. I didnt receive this quality from some other places that charged me 3 times as much. The work was quick an good for a reasonable price. I had 6 polo shirts done and when I came back she had a hat embroidered for me to see how it would look on a hat. I was so happy, I bought the hat.
