Excellent service. I have always had issues in 1 or 2 uniforms when macking bulk orders in other stores. 150+ embroidered uniforms and ZERO issues so far.

I brought my lab coat to get embroidered. We agreed for pick up on Wednesday. I arrive on Wednesday around 3 pm to pick up and mylab coat was at another location. Which is fine, the other location is close by. So I drive to the other location or else I would have to go back tomorrow as suggested by the staff. I live far so this was not a good option for me. No big deal I drove. I arrived at the other location and they placed a comma between my first and last name. I did NOT put a comma when I wrote down what I wanted. The staff member wrote what I wrote again for verification with no comma. So why is there a comma on my lab coat? He was able to remove the comma, looks great. But unfortunately it left a big gap between my first and last name, doesn’t look right. Staff said it could not be fixed due to it leaving holes where it was embroidered. The embroidery looks great except for the big space between my first and last name.
